The Wilmington Sea Dawgs survived a tumultuous ABA season and turned out great. The Dawgs defeated Mississippi and Orlando in the playoffs. When Rochester withdrew from the league, Wilmington was forced to travel to Vermont on just two days notice. This probably contributed to their 28 point loss.
