My Fiero Formula
October 1994 I bought my first Fiero. It was a black Formula with a 5 speed. It was my pride and joy for almost 3 years until I made the mistake of selling it. Some of you may have seen that car in a Fiero show that was located in Strasburg, PA in 1995. It took second place in the stock coupe class in that show. Once I get my scanner I'll scan some pictures of that car to add on here *just added pics below. I sold it to get something more "economical", what a mistake.
Fast-forward 5 years to October 2002. I decided sometime in 2000 that I wanted another Fiero Formula. My goal was to find the identical twin of my old Formula except I wanted this one to have T-Tops. Finally after 2 years of searching the web, looking thru papers, driving around looking, and asking around I finally found what I was looking for on eBay (but I didn't buy it in an auction, after the auction ended and the car didn't sell I contacted the seller). The only problem was I was in Korea and the car was in Seattle. Luckily my tour was ending in a couple weeks, I was scheduled to fly into Seattle, and the seller was willing to hold the car for me. It was just meant to be.
October 3, 2002 I fly in, pick the car up and I'm off on a 2,700 mile road trip from Seattle to Pennsylvania. With the exception of stopping to get the tires rebalanced in Idaho, the car performed perfectly the whole way. It even got up to 32 miles per gallon.
T-Top # 461 of 1,252 total
