Personal Statement:
I grew up in Center. I graduated from Center. Since graduation, I have participated in activities from Coaching to Youth Groups, to organizing and planning committees, to help make Center a better place for our youth. I have worked within and headed non-profit and not for profit organizations and helped them to flourish both within Center and throughout the County. My fundamental belief is that success comes from a combination of preparation and opportunity. One of my favorite quotes is; "Luck is where preparation meets opportunity". We have a responsibility to provide the students of our district with the best preparation and we need to work hard to insure that they are given every opportunity to be the best that they can be. Today, I believe more can be done to help our administration provide more preparation and better opportunities, and I am excited to do so.
