BASIC HOT AIR FURNACE REPLACEMENT

 

Disconnect and remove the old heating unit.  Supply and install new heating unit to include putting the new hot air furnace in place, install transition metal to connect to the existing supply ductwork, supply or air conditioning coil and install plenum to transition to existing return ductwork. Connect fuel piping to the new system, wire electric to the thermostat, wire electric to safety switch. Install smoke pipe to the existing chimney.  Test new installation.

                     

    NEW HOT AIR FURNACE INSTALLATION

 

Supply and install new heating system to include new hot air furnace, all necessary supply ductwork and registers, all necessary return ductwork, side filter rack and return grilles, all necessary fuel piping to the meter or tank, new thermostat and thermostat wire to connect to the heating unit, new safety switch and connection to the panel box.  Also includes all necessary venting to the chimney, chimney liner if necessary or power vent if necessary.  Test new installation.

 

  BASIC HOT WATER BOILER REPLACEMENT

 

Disconnect and remove the old heating unit.  Supply and install new heating unit to include putting the new hot water boiler in place, install all necessary pipe and adapters to transition to the existing radiation supply and return lines.  Install automatic feed on the cold water supply and connect the supply to the boiler.  Install new expansion tank for overflow if necessary.  Connect fuel piping to the new system, wire electric to the thermostat, wire electric to safety switch. Install smoke pipe to the existing chimney.  Test new installation.

 

    NEW HOT WATER BOILER INSTALLATION

 

Supply and install new heating system to include new hot water boiler, all necessary baseboard radiation with supply and return lines, cold water supply line with automatic feed, all necessary fuel piping to the meter or tank, new thermostat and thermostat wire to connect to the heating unit, new safety switch and connection to the panel box.  Also includes all necessary venting to the chimney, chimney liner if necessary or power vent if necessary.  Test new installation.

 

  DOMESTIC GAS HOT WATER HEATER INSTALLATION

 

Disconnect and remove the old heating unit.  Supply and install new heating unit to include putting the new hot water heater in place, install all necessary pipe and adapters to transition to the existing hot water supply and return lines. Connect the cold water supply line to the new heater,   Install smoke pipe to the existing chimney. Reconnect fuel line to the gas valve.  Install relief valve and drip tube.  Test new installation
