PANORAMA APPLET
|
|
This tutorial is on the ADV Panorama Applet. There are
few changes that need to actually be made to the code to make this applet
work. The choice of images is unlimited. Little or no
preparation needs to be done to the image, and no border is
required.
For this applet you will need the ADVPanorama.class file
which you can download from the group files section at Yahoo Groups.
And now for the codes....I have highlighted the changes you need to make
below in red. You may also change the number of buttons used in the
applet by making the "buttons" number larger or smaller.
For Stationery
Use :
<APPLET name=pano-advanced
codeBase=http://your website addy goes here/ code=AdvPanorama.class width=432 height=271><PARAM NAME="border" VALUE="0"><PARAM NAME="bytes" VALUE="08600"><PARAM NAME="logo" VALUE=""><PARAM NAME="buttons" VALUE="5"><PARAM NAME="panorama" VALUE="http://your website addy/applets/image name.jpg"> For Webpages
Use : <APPLET name=pano-advanced
code=AdvPanorama.class
width=432 height=271><PARAM NAME="border" VALUE="0"><PARAM NAME="bytes" VALUE="08600"><PARAM NAME="logo" VALUE=""><PARAM NAME="buttons" VALUE="5"><PARAM NAME="panorama" VALUE="http://your website addy/applets/image name.jpg"> *** Notice that the only
difference is in
the addition of the codebase to
the
stationery applet. You must
have the
codebase for it to work in Outlook
Express Stationery.
Now you are ready to make your own Panorama creations.
We can't wait to see them. As always, if you have any questions or
problems, don't hesitate to ask Karen, Shari or any of the group members
for assistance....we will be glad to help you !
Hugs,
Karen
