            Established in 1927 by the Woman's Club, the original building was donated by Mrs. Kate Pettybone Dickson. Chartered as the Wyoming Free Library in 1955. It is presently a member of the Luzerne County Library System and is maintained by funding on private, local, and state levels. Resources consist of books, periodicals, pamphlets, and books on tape.

Tuesday         11am-5pm
Wednesday    10am-5pm
Thursday        10am-5pm
Friday            12pm-5pm
     Saturday         9am-3pm      

Library Cards are free to residents of Luzerne County. There is no minimum age for becoming a resident borrower. A parent's signature is required for any one under 18 years of age.
