the integrity of the system. We are solely there to independently document
the examination.
We
have found through experience, that most if not all of the Insurance Companies
"hired" agents, that is the Medical practitioner who is performing the
Examination and who are paid in full by the Insurance Company to render
a Medical decision have made errors in their Medical Report. There are
many avenues for the Victim to follow once he or she has found an error.
At this point we recommend that you seek legal advise.
