Ladder 12 does not have a very big history. They were organized on May 6, 1901 at Park Avenue and Cambria Street in North Philadelphia with Engine 50 and Battalion 8.
Presently, Ladder 12 is stationed at Park Avenue and Cambria Street still. They are housed with Pipeline 50, Battalion 8, and Medic 22. Their station is called the "North Philly Cowboys." They also run with a 1990 Seagrave 100foot tiller, with a new white-over-red paint scheme.
