Dale Jarrett and the RYR team were having a bad weekend this weekend at Las Vegas! They were fighting some very loose race cars, and it didn't look as though he was going to be able to finish in the top 20 of the field. However, through some hard racing, and a last lap pass of Jeremy Mayfield, Jarrett finished the bad day with a 18th place finish, and is still in the hunt for the top ten in points!
Jarrett will go to next week's race in the 11th spot in the points standings, and while this may not look to spectactular, series favorite Dale Earnhardt Jr. is now sitting in the 27th place in points!
