What is a system built home?

Panelized and modular homes are known as system built homes. A system built home is built in a factory or manufacturing facility and then transported in sections to your site. A local builder or company representative assembles the modular sections. In panelized homes, the sections include wall panel framing (interior and exterior), pre-marked floor system, roof truss framing, pre-built interior stairs, and many other components which are assembled on site. The home can be one of many model plans or your own custom design. You get contemporary or traditional homes using high technology resulting in precision construction.
