Power granted to take the relinquishment of Elizabeth Duke, wife of Cosby Duke and Diana Snelson wife of William Snelson and Sarah Brown wife of Dudley Brown for conveyance of 11 Aug 1770 to John Marshall, Merchant, of Louisa Co. 11 Oct. in the 10th year of our reign.
