Edward was living at 64, Lower Fore St, Lambeth, London. Edward was working as a Boatbuilder. 1869 he was living at 62 Studwell Road, Stockwell, Surrey. He was an executor for Mary Snelson who died in 1862


Mary Snelson

Mary was working as an Actress. She became a famous actress in the USA - naming herself as Lucy Rushton according to Jeoffry Snelson. She died through gas-poisoning.


Adolphus Filewood Snelson

In 1881, he was working as a Boatbuilder in Staines.(79) The records of the census which was carried out 1881, show Adolphus at 35 years of age as Head of the Household in Staines. Adolphus's will was probated 13 September 1909 in London.


Mary Martha Hicks

In the census 1881, Mary at 30 years of age is listed in Staines as the wife of Adolphus Filewood SNELSON (the Head of the Household). 1919 she was living at 45, St. Leonard's Rd, Weymouth, Dorset. Mary's will was probated 26 August 1919 in London.


Elizabeth (Betsy) Snelson

Marriage proved by document of Garand Dickinson acting on rights of his wife for part of her father, Nathaniel's, Estate.


Garland and Elizabeth were witnesses at Nathaniel SNELSON and Sarah Spicer's wedding 29 Jan 1786.

James Snelson

James Snelson served as a Colonial soldier from the state of South Carolina and the state of Georgia. He is listed on the Rhea County, Tennessee tax list for the year 1808 and again in 1819. He was a member of the Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church of Roane Co. [adjoining Rhea].
The 1830 Census records of the county lists him with a wife, three sons, and one daughter. He does not appear on the 1840 Census or later tax records, indicating his death between 1830 and 1840. Children were possibly born in Rhea Co., Tennessee.


William Snelson

William is listed on the 1840 census of Rhea County with a wife and no children. The 1850 Rhea Census lists him as living with the family of Farley Brady.


Bartlett Snelson

Bartlett Snelson is listed on the 1810 census for Hanover Co., Va. Before 1820, he moved to Owen County, Kentucky and is listed there on the 1820 and 1830 census.
