1Will of Caroline Ankrom Thomas. "No 4858 Will of Caroline Thomas Registered Dec 22, 1900 I, Caroline Thomas of Center township County of Greene and State of Penna being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this, my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore ___? 1st _ I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executors hereinafter named; as soon as can be convenitly done. 2. _ I will that I be buried beside my first husband John Ankrom at the Centennial grave yard in Aleppo Township, Greene Co., Pa. 3. _ I will and bequeath to my two daughters Mary Ankrom Johnson all of that certain tract of land lying on one of the Branches of Wheeling Creek in Jackson township, Greene County PA. Containing 20 acres. Said tract of land more fully discribed in deed from John Moniger (not sure of last name spelling), it al. to Caroline Ankrom and Recorded in deed Book Vol. 42 Page 564 March 7th 1870 and tht said tract of land be divided equally between my two daughters heretofore named their heirs or assigner 4. _ To my daughter Mary I bequeath to her 3 poster chairs and and one stand. 5. _ To my daughter Fannie I bequeath my sewing machine and 2 Rocking Chairs. 6. _ I further will that my cow be sold at private sale and this money equally divided between my two heirs. 7. _ I will and bequeath to my present husband Nelson Thomas the sum of Five dollars $5.00 to be paid to him by my excutors or hers by waiving the the rigight of my husband N. Thomas to claim benefit benefit of the Exemption law. I do hereby make constitute and appoint S.S. Johnson and Smith Watson to be executors of this my las Will and Testament In Witness Whereof, I, Caroline Thomas the testarin above named, have hereunto subscribed my name and affirmed my seal the 15th day of Jan in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred.
