Chapter 1

May, 16 ,2000.
"Okay that's a wrap!" the director's voice rang through the set, followed by a roar of applause and whistles. Sara blushed and added,

"Yea go me, thanks everybody". See Sara at the age of 13, new to the music world, just finished her video to her debut song titled 'MY own world'. It was surprising on how her song was quickly rising to the top.

"Okay you heard him it's a wrap. Hope you enjoyed this episode of Making the video of my debut song
my own world. And I have to go now. But you can see me on tour as an opener for ¡®Nsync, which as a matter of fact starts today. So I'll see y'all later!"

Sara waved at the camera and quickly ran off to her limo. She jumped inside and let all her muscles loosen.

Sara gave out a long sigh.
"You did it Sara" .A tall big black man said from the other end of the limo.
"Thanks Lou. I couldn¡¯t have done it with out you on the side cheering me on!" Lou was her bodyguard.

"Hey Lou you have my Pass right?"
"Yep"
"Okay just checking"

(5 Minutes later)
"Alright Ms. Jennings, we're here. C'mon I'll lead you through the crowd to the gates" Lou said opening
the door for her. "Steve get her bags and meet us at the buses" Steve was another guard.

As Sara stepped out of the limo, the sound of piercing screams of 100teenage girls, pounded against her eardrums. As Sara started making her way through the crowd following Lou, looks of suspition and whispers were thrown her way. When suddenly a small hand tapped her shoulder.

When Sara turned around she saw girl about her age with ¡®Nsync written all over her face. "I guess she's a fan.." Sara thought.

¡°Are you Sara Jennings?¡± She finally spoke in an excited and so full of hope, voice.

"Uh Yeah, Hi!" Sara responded.
"Oh my god, it's you. I heard you just finished making your video. And that you're going to be touring with Nsync?!" she said jumping up and down.

"can I have your autograph and can you mention my name to them?"

"I can give the autograph, and I'll try to mention your name!" Sara said signing a piece of paper for her
"I have to go now, Bye."

"MY name's KATHY!!" Sara heard her yell behind her.

Sara looked around frantically for Lou but he was nowhere to be found. "Oh no he went on without me!" Sara thought.
She made it to the front and noticed Lou still had her pass. She looked up to guard, "Sir, sir, can you let me in?". The guard walked over and laughed at what she was wearing.

Sara then realized that she was still wearing her Alice in Wonderland costume from her video. "Look don't you understand? I'm their new opener and I left me pass with my body guard, let me in!!" Sara yelled over the piercing screams of the girls behind her.

"I can't let you in miss policy, no one without a pass may enter" With that he walked away.

"AAARGH!" Sara looked around aggitated. When she finally spotted a patch of golden curly hair.

"JUSTIN!!"Sara yelled hoping to get his attention.

Justin looked up, well Sara's costume certainly got his attention alright.

"Hello do you want an autograph?"Justin said with a
prize winning smile.

"No, actually I'm your new opener, but I left my pass with my bodyguard, and now the guard won't let
me in. HELP!!" Sara yelled desperately.

¡°I¡¯m sorry but if you don't have a pass we can't let you in" Justin smirked and walked away. All Sara could reply with was that her mouth fell down to the floor.

"Wait a minute did you say that you're Nsync's opener?" a girl behind Sara just yelled. Without
giving Sara a chance to speak she yelled out again

"OH MY GOD! Can you get me a date with JC?". That did it everyone around her heard her. Soon people were grabbing her yelling out things like "Can I meet them?" or "are they really that cute up close?"

Sara tried responding, "I haven't met them yet, HELP LOU!!" They were grabbing and some even tried to pull
out her hair.

Mean while-
"HEY Chris!" Justin was now laughing his butt off and tried as hard as he could to beckon his friend, to him what he just saw was amusing, to the other person it didn't do her so good.

"Chris, guess what kind of excuses those fans can think of to get to meet us?!" Justin laughed out still hysterical "I just met this
girl, about 13, and she said she was our new opener".

Now Justin and Chris were leaning on each other for balance, as they went into hysterics. After wiping a tear from his eyes he added "and she was wearing this funny looking costume".

Fortunately, Mr.Stephens, the JIVE excutive, was walking by and heard him, he had been looking for Sara ever since Lou came to him and reported her missing.
"JUSTIN! Why didn't you tell me? She is your opener!" Mr. Stephens called out to Lou and ran quickly to find her.

When they got there all they saw was a mob of girls all looking into the center and attempting to grab something. Lou knew exactly what was causing this excitement, and scrambled through the crowd to Sara.

Sara who had been silently praying to herself and closing her eyes felt 2 strong hands hold on to her and lift her up.

"Alright everybody, show's over" Sara recognized Lou's voice and jumped into his arms for support.

"Sara I think we should bandage up that arm" Mr.Stephens said settling Sara down on a bench far
from view from the teenybopper girls.

Sara groaned when she looked down on her bleeding arm
"I think one of the girls scratched me out there" she said and bursted out into laughter.

Lou looked at her in a confused expression. Sara caught on to his confusion and added "What things
they'll do to meet them. By the way thanks for holding on to my pass, AND not giving it to ME!"

"Oh Sorry didn't realize I still had it, oops" Lou said innocently.
"Right, uh Sara I have a couple of guys who want to meet you" Mr,Stephens said stepping to the side.

There stood behind Mr.Stephens, 5 tall handsome guys,
Nsync.

"Hello, I'm Sara Jennings, YOUR NEW OPENER!Sara said the last part REALLY loudly, and looked over to Justin who went red with embarrassment.

"Hello, pleased to meet you I'm JC, I see you've already been aquainted with Justin over there!" JC said nodding his head over to Justin, trying the best he could to stop himself from bursting out hysterically.

"Uh, you could say that, I guess! Sarah said giggling.

"HEL-LO there I AM JOEY and this is Chris, don't think this how he usually acts, He's just quite cause he had to cut his dreads off'Joey said nodding his head towards Chris, who then cut in.

"HEY I HEARD THAT!! Well HELLO SARA!!" Chris yelled as he waved.

Sara waved back "Hello" she said turning to Lance. Lance smiled back "um hello, I'm Lance, how 's your arm?"

"As a matter of fact it's okay and it doesn't really hurt, and I'm still in my costume, I better change, Bye ya'll" Sara said waving.

"BYE SARA, Welcome to the No strings attached tour!!" they all yelled in union.

Sara said goodbye to her aunt who had stopped by right after she stepped onto her bus. They still had to wait for another 30 minutes before LFO, or Mandy Moore (the other opening acts) came.

Sara changed into her favorite tee and sat down on one of the couches on the bus. It was certainly HUGE. The bus had 2 floors. The first floor was basically the storage it the back, then the kitchen, a dining table, bathroom, and a couch. Upstairs, was the bunks in the back, two couches, and a HUGE television nailed securily down to a table, so it wouldn't fall on a sharp turn.

"Sigh, at least I have my dancers staying here with me, or I would get lost¡±Sara said to herself. She was sharing the bus with her dancers, Leo, Mark, Jenny, and Tia.

"Don't worry I doubt you'll get lost" Sara Jumped when someone entered the bus.

"Oh gees you scared me" Sara said to Justin who entered the bus and scared shit out of her. "Oh sorry"Justin said smirking "I came here to apologise about before, and not letting you in".

"Oh it"s okay it's my fault I left without my pass"Sara said.

Justin sat down next to her "Oh no really I feel responsible about your injuries" Sara was about to speak when he cut in "Nope I'll make up for it, someway I will"Justin stood up quickly, turned around, gave her a wink "Welcome to the tour"and left.

"Okay he's very polite isn't he?" Sara said giggling.

Two hours later-their first stop was to get gas. "OHHH SARA!?" Chris'yell echoed through the bus. "I'm upstairs"Sara hollered back. "Hello, we haven't officially met yet"Chris said as he crept up behind her.

"Huh? Oh Hi"Sara turned around and found a Very happy Chris with his hand extended and all. Sara shock his hand and was about to pull back when he twirled her around in surprise.

"I'm Chris"

"Uh,..I'm Sara. Pleased to meet you?"Sara said unknowing of what to say. "Like wise, whatcha doing?"Chris said peering over her shoulder, sure Sara was only 13 but she was tall. About 5'6 to be exact with half brown, half blond hair, and green eyes.

"I'm setting up my PlayStation, my N64 is around here somewhere but can't quite find it"Sara said returning to the back of the tv and continued plugging in more plugs and cords. She got up after plugging one more yellow cord, "Well that was hard"

"What games do you have?"Chris looked in awe at the PlayStation.

"Um I mostly have racing, fighting, and RPG games why?..."Sara didn't finish that sentence, because at that very moment the very same light bulb went on in both their heads.

"I'm gonna beat you down"Chris yelled as he hoped down on one of the couches.

"With what Samson your magical hair has but cut off remember?'Sara snapped back as she slapped a game in.

"(GASP) did you? No you just DIDN't say that about my hair"

"I'll beat your ass"

"OoOH you just said a cursie, I'm telling your momma. And oh I'm being threatened by a 13 yr old, help me"Chris said sarcastically.

"I wouldn't be talking, and aren't you a bit TOO old to be playing vide games? I mean how old are you, 30?"

"Oh great comeback" Sara and Chris both looked up at the 3rd voice, which belonged to Justin, looking very amused was standing the stairway.

"Justin help she's threatening me"Chris whined. "Oh shut up Chris, I think she'll really Kick your ass, oh whatcha playing?"Justin hoped over and flopped down on the couch next to Sara. Sara got out the extention for 8 players and soon Justin got into their little game of yelling remarks.

"So there you guys are"Justin, Sara, and Chris all looked up to find a very excied Joey, JC, and Lance. "Aw heck let's all have a party in here"Sara said throwing her hands into the air.

After many repeated games Sara noticed the time "Um guys when are we heading to the road again?"

"We already did"JC shouted over the previous screams coming from Joey and Chris. "What do you mean? We just left Tia, Jenny, Leo, and Mark at the gas station?" "No they're on Mandy's bus, cause we told them we would crash in here"

"Oh thanks for telling me before hand"Sara added.

"YOUR WELCOME"all the guys yelled in union.

"Ugh Sara how could you?"Joey all of a sudden yelled.

"What did I do?"

"You shot my character"

"I did not"

"If it wasn't you then.."

"It was ME HA HA HA"Chris yelled jumping up and down.

All Sara did was Laugh and Shake her head.
