Mr. Big Comes To Town
Jesus came to earth the other day
He preached that he'd save us all, The believers anyway
He said he would leave the rest to fend for themselves
He'd leave them to battle the fires of a thousand hells
But no one believed his crazy notion
that soon the world would again be one great ocean
So they locked him up in a big white room
they gave him a mop and they gave him a broom
and said "cleanse this floor from the insanity you have befouled it with"
Jesus said, "I'll do more than that, I'll give sight to the blind and health to the sick"
The fools laughed and said "for this lie you will certainly burn"
"you will never go to heaven you will condemed to hell, for sanctity is something you must earn"
Jesus said "brothers, you see, I am the one for which you seek"
"I am the messiah in which you speak"
"Lies!" said the fools as they slammed the door
You have sinned in our most prosperous and perfect world
You have impersinated the messiah who is all but gone
For this atrocity you will be crusified at dawn
And the fools left jesus alone in his cell
after assuring him he would once more face hell
Jesus sat with his head in his hands
and said "how could I let this happen again?"
The next day came without a wink of sleep
They lead jesus to the cross without the slightest peep

The neon cross stood emensly tall
up the side of an old church wall
they hoisted him up and put a golden spike in each hand
they gave him a crown of barbed wire left the defeated man
There Jesus hung bloody and beat
Hung up high for the world to see
To see how stupid they still are for still not believing
Even after they heard the true messiah speaking
After Jesus died upon the neon cross
into a common grave he was tossed
3 days later the fools had curiosity that maybe he had arisen, so they went to the graves to see
They looked in the grave and they saw Jesus there Lying dead with a blankened stare
They laughed and said "crazy old man"
and left the grave never to think of it again
After Jesus got back to his home
He told his father of how he wasn't condoned
Then God said "humans will never learn"
"They are all to wrapped up in there own concern"
"They don't really want to be saved"
"they'd all rather be enslaved"
"by there own love of greed and money"
"and there pathetic attempt to try to be "united", It's really quite funny"
"you see my son, I gave them free will"
"and it seems they used that for there own thrill"
"this is why they steal and this is why they kill"
"so you see my son there's nothing I could do"
"My last desperate chance was to send you"
"and now that my last chance has failed"
"I fear that the mortals ship for salvation has sailed"
"I understand now" Jesus said
as he walked away scratching his head
"how could a race be all so dumb" He thought to himself
"They had a chance to be saved but they'd rather challenge the temptaion of hell"
"Oh well, I tried" He said
"and twice may I add"
