Who, Where, What, Why, When, and with How many fingers?
October 15th, 2002 Enervate has remained dormant for quite sometime now. However almost exactly one year ago we actually did achieve our dream of playing a real show. We played 3 songs at the end of the set of the band DontNo that jay played in after enervate dispanded. Since then the 3 of us have not played together once. Glen did however play a few shows along side Jay with DontNo. But aside from that, the history of Enervate was short lived. We managed to create a crude recording and some decent tunes, but nothing more. So fare well enervate, and thanks for the good times.
May 15th, 2001 It's been quite sometime since anything has gone on with the band, but it appears to have been brought back from the dead. We are starting to practice sparatically every now and then and seriously thinking about playing any show we can get into...soon we will get one, oh yes, soon. untill then the page will be updated every so often.
March 27th, 2001 Well Enervate officially flatlined a little while back. I'm not sure about if it will ever be revived, but it appears we all have our little goings on right now so it's in not much need of resurection. Glen and Jordan will most likely carry on with some sort of legacy with some other band mates replacing me and aaron with other fresh meat hopefully worthy of being among such fine musicians as Glen and Jordan are. I on the other hand am now well caught up in my new band, of which we remain nameless. I am unaware of Glen and Jordans plans of keeping the name Enervate, but they will most likely drop most of the old songs and learn all new ones. So this page will remain the same. Accept it will become more of a page about just Jay Decay's exploits rather than a completely band devoted page. I have been working mostly on adding new writings to the page, my own for the most part. Also I decided to start having two names for each of my writings, to add a little more depth and dimension to them. So be sure to check them out. Well once my new band is well underway and we get a name I will probably attempt a seperate page for that so...look out for that...ok ta
February 22nd, 2001 Doesn't look to good for those of us left...We really can't find any good guitarists round here and, I'm gettin distracted with this other band I'm tryin to get goin. And who knows what Jordans up to...I'm starting to add mp3's none the less to this site using my new found talent of rigging up tape players to computers. so check that out in the sounds section..k bye
February 15th, 2001 Looks like another rock in the road...a rather large one it seems...Recently, creative differences have split us in twaid. Glen and Aaron basically split cause they didn't like the speed that me and Jordan wanted to play and didn't want to comprimise, so...we are now down by 2 and its only the 1st inning...Me and Jordan shall attempt to continue the legacy in someway, were looking for a few good guitarists so...ya know anybody? thats it.

Well as we should have suspected the show on new years did not go thru. But we did play a small little show for some of our friends instead...Since then we havn't done to much. Aaron is back in the band as much as he can be, he's still a bit busy with stuff, but we are still workin on gettin shows and new songs and all that, we will not be disheartened by faliure...if that were true we would have given up long long long ago. Anyway, February may be a prospect for a show, but I'm not gonna get my hopes up...April I am organizing a talent show for our school so we will probably apear in that if nothing else before it..Also I'm startin to do more with the site, and since were not that active of a band yet, I'm tryin to add things that would interest people other than just band shiat...I been adding alot of poems and stuff...so if ya got any, send em to me...ok thats it for now

Some minor updatage to the site. We are still but a 3 piece..and will be for a while now it seems. But all is well on all fronts I presume. Their is more than likely a show in our future on new years eve. It is a benifit show to benifit the homeless. I as of now do not have the particulars, but soon will...if anyone ever reads this...this is whats goin on...and Enervate is comin to yer neighborhood soon...booya grandma.

November 20th, 2000

Note to self; don't be so optomistic. Well alota stuff has been happening last couple of weeks, not enough of it has been good though. As of now we are down one member. Aaron left the band due to schedule conflicts. So we think we have another lead guitarist lined up. We're also in the market for a lead vocalist these days. Obviously we havn't done any shows yet. I doubt we will in the near future so I'm not even gonna talk about it anymore. Sooner or later we will be their, every practice were one step closer, some bigger than others. Slow and steady right?

Not much been happening this past couple weeks. Practicing as much as possible. A show is most likely coming up soon. We are almost ready for shows, about a month or so we should be playin somewhere...yeah bye

September 13th, 2000

Added a new band picture and some new writings in the last few days. I'm attempting to get more band pictures transfered from the school scanner to my computer but it does not want to cooperate so. Hopefully I will get them home and up soon. Look for maybe a new section opening up about photography and such like that. Definately alot more writings will be coming along. We're still desperately trying to practice as much as we can. We got in a good practice today and came up with a new song. end transmission.

September 3rd, 2000

Minor updates the past couple of days and weeks. New lyrics, new images and such. Bands doin fine. Practicing as much as possible. We've decided to hold off on any shows until we know we are ready. And as of now we are not ready and are not about to go diving into somethin we know were gonna suck at. So we got alot of work left ahead of us so...We should get atleast a debut show in before the end of this year, hopefully, with our fingers crossed. Also a shitty demo tape may be comin up soon so...Slowly but surely

Once again more minor up-dates in the past few days...That show in the last news section is uncertain still. A show is still in the near future, the only question is how near. We should be writin our asses off the next few weeks trying to get enough songs to do a decent show so...yup, thats it

Just some minor updates in the past week or so nothin big. But their is definately a debut show in Enervate's near future. I've been talkin with a guy who said within the next few weeks he should have somethin for us. So we're practicin hard for somethin.

Todays my birthday and for a birthday present angelfires finally started workin again...Its been a bitch to me the last couple of days, and still kinda is, but I'm still adding things and making images and such. should get some more lyrics up and all. New word has come in that a show might be in Enervate's near future. If this kid gets back to me about the show, and it doesnt fall apart like all the others, it should be good. Were practicing and making lots of progress...so...look out world.
