Our Wedding

Mike and I are getting married on October 25, 2003. We've been engaged for over three years. It's about time, huh? Here are some of the details:

Who:Jenn and Mike

When:October 25, 2003

Ceremony:We originally planned a Catholic Mass, but as some of you know that fell through. We will now have a lovely Christian (with my usual pagan twist) ceremony at another church. Since this is a new change the details have not been worked out.

Maid of Honor:Stephany, my best friend from high school. She also played a part in Mike and I getting together.

Matron of Honor:Jeanna, my sister-in-law.

Bridesmaids:Missy, Julia and Rita.

Best Man:Chris, Mike's uncle.

Groomsman:Steve, my brother.

Junior GroomsmenMike, my nephew and Chris, my cousin.

Colors:The bridesmaids will be wearing a medium shade of purple. It's Victorian Lilac if you're fluent in dress colors.

Reception:We're having the usual dinner reception with dancing, a bouquet toss and the whole cake thing. We're having at a very sweet converted farmhouse. As you know, this is perfect for the both of us.

First Dance song:"Your Song" by Elton John.

Flowers:I'll be carrying a bouquet of Gerbera daisies, in orange, yellow and red. I don't know if I'm going to mix in any other flowers. Steph and Jeanna will be carrying Freesia mixed with other flowers. Julia will be carrying sunflowers. Rita will carry snapdragons and Missy is still undecided.

Honeymoon:We'll be staying at a nice Bed and Breakfast in New England. If you know us, you know exactly where we'll be. ;-)
