Steps to completing your homework
Simple Machine Science Project-Due Date ???? Math ASK Homework will be given every Tuesday night. Please take some time to review this with your child. No Homework Passses will be accepted!
Language Arts ASK Homework will be given on Mondays and will be due every Friday beginning the week of the 12th.
I will be assigning Parent Homework, at least one time per month, dealing with Character Education and the Word of the Month. Please give your best effort to be an active part of your child's Character Education Homework!
We have put a hold on Multiplication/Division, so that I could teach a quick Geometry/Measurement Unit. We will return to Units #5-6, however, student must continue to practice their basic facts until they become rote.
A V.I.P. Assignment will be given to a different student every other week. They will be expected to complete a class bulletin board featuring themselves, as well as give a short oral presentation. It is suggested that any photos be placed on a paper or poster board so as to protect them from tape or tacks.
Spelling Homework:
1. All groups will be given a pre-test on Monday.
2. Sentences are due on Wednesday.
3. Puzzles/additional practice due on Friday.
4. Spelling Tests given every Friday.
