Along with the TS-440s Ham Station connected to a G5RV Multi-Band Dipole Antenna, I also own 2 Zenith Transoceanic Shortwave Radios that date back to the early 1950's, a Panasonic RF-3100 Shortwave Radio, a Panasonic RF-B65 Portable World Band Radio, a Radio Shack 50 Channel Scanner, and a Yaesu FT-727-R that I use for DX Packet Cluster only. Over the last 15 years, I have managed to make QSOs on both phone and CW with some 270 countries on wire antennas alone. I don't own an amplifier, or a directional antenna!
