Will: In the name of God amen I Mary Fry of the Shade township Somerset County in the state of Pennsylvania and being of good health of the body and sound disposing mind and being desires to settel my worldly affares whilst I have streanch and capasity so to do make and publish this my last will and testement hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at the time hereto fore made and prin----- I cast mit sole unto the hands of my creator who gave it and my body to the earth to be interned in the buring ground in the Borough of Stoystown a long side of my husband George Fry soner decesed at the discrection of my excutor herein after mentioned and is to such worldly estate wherewith it has pleased God to entrust me I dispose of the same of the followest One hundred dollars to lizabeth Pear if she lives and made apere and if not liven then to rest of my ears What ey leave the rest to be devided and my cobart and Mohogney tables and all what is in the cobart John Fry senr is to have it and the curtain bed and bed stid the same John Fry senr is to have it to esstucey and what mony is left after my funeral expenses and my just debts is prad then the resadue is to be acrel devided amonkst Cristie Fry George Fry and John Fry senr and all my cloths is to be devested as follows. Pollt Fry the daughter of Christelly Fry is to have one half of them and Mary Fry and Lesely Fry the daughters of George Fry is to have the remainder that is the half of my cloths at the direction of my executor herein after mentioned the rest of my loose property it to be devided in three equal shares that is amongst Christie Fry George Fry John senr with pease and no contention about the said property and I make this my last will and testiment witnessing my hand and seal this eighth day of July 1833 sealed and signed in the presents of.
