CHEF ED'S KITCHEN

hello everybody
welcome to my cyber-kitchen

i just got the walls up
pardon the vast empty space here,
soon to be filled with all sorts of ideas, concepts, techniques and details, about all styles of food from all around the planet.
i plan on having some great cooking links, but this site will mainly consist of recipes, dishes and techniques i have perfected in my 20 years experience in the culinary arts and food service industry,

we will cover everything from alligator to prime rib to pizza
from scampi to strombolis to zitti tarentella.

plus any contributions of recipes, tips and techniques from any of you that frequent this site are always welcome.

PRACTICE AND
EXPERIMENTATION
LEADS TO
PERFECTION.

HEY LOOK, IT'S ME AND MIKE
<hehehehe>

down below i have provided a few recipe search engines.
these are great self teaching tools.
if you are trying to learn a specific style of cooking, or a specific dish, gather as much information you can find about the style or dish.
gather as many recipes as you can, from these engines from cookbooks. your public library is a fantastic resource for recipe research.

once you have gathered your data, try the ones that catch your eye, you can take  different components from variations of the same dish and add your own style, some imagination and creativity,
toss a few things around,

and come up with something that is
"absolutely fabulous ".

hope these keep you busy until this site is operational.
