What made me want to draw comics?: I always enjoyed drawing when I was a kid. I used to draw pictures from comics strips like Peanuts and Garfield.
I actually realized that I wanted to draw for a living in my mid-20's. I've sent a few submissions to comicbook companies. All to no avail. I came up with the idea to put my work online when I was browsing through some websites and I came across Digital Webbing. I saw how many aspiring artist like myself had created their own web pages to display their talents. That's when I decided to create my own site.
What is my goal?: Obviously, to get a job in the comic business.
I would like to be able to expand Thrill Ride Comics so it could showcase the work of other aspiring artist. Possibly add one or two more online comicbooks.
