4 C turkey meat, cooked and cubed 2 C grated lowfat swiss cheese 2 C croutons 2 C sliced celery 1 C fat free mayonnaise 1/2 C skim milk 1/2 C onions 1 tsp salt Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, cheese, croutons, celery, mayonnaise, milk, onions, and salt. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes. This serves 6. |
