Chicken Florentine

4 baked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 Tbsp flour
3/4 C half & half
3/4 C Chicken broth
1/2 C grated lowfat swiss cheese
1/2 C chopped frozen spinach
4 strips bacon, cooked and diced
Melt the butter in medium saucepan. Whisk in the flour and cook 3 minutes over medium low heat. Whisk in the half & half and the borth. Simmer for 20 minutes. Whisk in the cheese until smooth. Blend in the spinach and simmer for 10 more minutes. Serve over the cooked chicken. Garnish with bacon pieces. Serves 4.
