 Things you should know 
 This is the time period right after the Emperors plague when the twins 
 are 15. Also, Anakin and Tahiri (JJK) are in their training period 
 during all of the episodes. Any episodes that they are not in, it can 
 be assumed that they are on break. If Tahiri doesn't appear assume that 
 she is with Tionne. 
 This is what I think would make an awesome TV series! I am also 
  coming 
 out with what would be a follow up to the series…it is a more novel-like 
 one and in the TV train of thought it would be a movie! It is a musical 
 too! 
 Anyway enough blah blah blah and on to the story! ;) 


YOUNG JEDI KNIGHTS 
THE SERIES

EPISODE # 1 
 
 
 Opening credits and theme song roll: 
(Shot of deep space and as the music starts it extends into hyperspace) 
No one knows what the future brings 
(face shots of Jaina, Jacen, Tenel Ka, Lowie, Anakin, Lusa, Raynar, 
Tahiri, and Zekk.) 
But throughout the stars danger rings 
For in the shadows a foe may hide 
(Jaina deflects a blaster bolt with her lightsaber) 
but we're not afraid-the force is our guide 
(Jacen is riding a horse-lizard creature bareback with his lightsaber 
held high in one hand and the reins in the other. He cuts down a couple 
guys who were shooting at him.) 
  
Jedi Knights both new and old 
(shot of Luke, Leia, Tionne, and Cighal) 
striving to live by the Jedi code 
Our friendships and trust will last forever 
(Anakin dives off of a raft to save Tahiri) 
And we've learned that we are stronger together 
(All the YJK's are crowded around a floating blue globe that is glowing. 
They all have their hands extended towards it) 
  
  
No one knows what the future brings 
(Zekk ducks a razor blade) 
But throughout the stars danger rings 
(TK tackles her attacker and steals some kind of box from him and then jumps off of a balcony and lands behind Jacen on the horse-lizard.) 
For in the shadows a foe may hide 
(Lusa rears up and kicks a man in black with her hooves and Raynar trips him) 
but we're not afraid-the force is our guide 
(Lowie maneuvers his skyhopper to dodge a volley of lazer fire.) 

We've seen it all with these very eyes 
(shots of the past enemies: Nightsisters, Brakkis, Nolaa Tarkona, Anja Gallandro etc.) 
many Jedi will rise and fall to keep the galaxy safe for all 
(Shot of all the YJK's with their sabers ignited and held up -ala Champions of the Force) 
(Sorry for the crummy lyrics, I wrote it a 4:00 in the morning! But if you can think of any more verses send them to me!) 

                       EPISODE ONE: UNKNOWN SPEICIES 

 
CHAPTER I 
     cruiser The Rock Dragon and handed his sister another tool. He would 
much rather be out in the jungle looking for strange new animals and 
plants to add to his collection. Jacen loved all living things though 
sometimes he regrettably had to kill one or two to save himself or his 
friends. Ever since he was a few months old he had had a strange 
connection with them through the force: he could communicate with them. 
He even kept a menagerie of different specimens in his room-the 
beautiful, but dangerous piranha beetles, two stump lizards, an 
ever-mischievous christal snake, and a baby Gort were among his 
favorites. 
     Out of the corner of his eye he spotted Tenel Ka returning to the 
academy from her daily ten kilometer run, pearls of sweat glistening on 
her forehead, neck, and bare arms, her hair streaming out behind her 
like the tail of the commit. He noted with admiration her swift, long 
legged strides and supple, muscular limbs. Jacen loved spending time 
with the young warrior girl but he was never quite able to keep up with 
her exercises though occasionally they would spend a few hours swimming 
together in the greenish river that ran across the jungle moon Yavin 
IV. Lately they had spent more time alone together, in the process 
becoming closer than ever. 
     Jacen had not yet figured out if the kiss she had given him the day by 
the river after they had defeated the evil minions of the Diversity 
Alliance was real or merely to surprise him. He allowed himself a 
wistful smile as he remembered the twinkle in her granite gray eyes as 
she said 'so...were you surprised friend, Jacen?' 
     "Hello? Jacen! Are you awake?" he snapped back to reality at the sound 
of his sisters voice. "Huh? Oh, yeah I was, uh, thinking about... 
something." he finished sheepishly, a flash of heat coming to his 
cheeks. "Uh, huh, sure. Well now that your not 'thinking' anymore will 
you hand me that red wire over there and a hydrospanner?" Jacen reached 
into the tool box by his feet and plucked out the two items and handed 
them to his sister who was wedged between the port-engine and a repulsor 
jet. Jaina loved machinery of any kind and anything that had to do with 
it. "And while your down there," came a new voice, "throw me a 
multitool" Jacen looked above his head to locate the source of the 
voice, it was his younger brother, Anakin, who also had a unique talent 
with machinery. Anakin and Tahiri, Anakin's best friend, were working 
on . 
     The moment he reached up to hand his dark haired brother the tool an 
ululating wookie roar erupted from the door of the hangar bay, echoing 
off the ancient stones. The sudden outburst from his wookie friend 
startled Jacen causing him to jerk his head back and slam it into a 
stabilizer fin. "Blaster-bolts!" He exclaimed rubbing the back of his 
skull, "talk about the element of surprise." Anakin and Tahiri burst 
into a fit of giggles, but Tenel Ka, who had just run up seemed a bit 
more concerned. "Jacen, my friend, are you alright?" 
Jacen picked up the tool he had dropped and handed it to his brother, 
"Yeah, I'm fine. Pretty soon I'm gonna have a bump on my head the size 
or Borgo Prime, though." he said, embarrassed that the warrior girl had 
seen his accident. 
     Lowbacca, the ginger furred wookie, ambled over to the Rock Dragon 
with the miniature translating droid, emteedee, in tow and roared an apology 
to Jacen. He crouched down next to where Jaina's backside protruded from 
the belly of the ship to see if he could offer assistance. Jacen 
watched the two for a moment and then turned back to Tenel Ka to test a 
few of his newest jokes on the almost humorless girl. 
*** 
    After a while, Tenel Ka was called in to intercept a transmission from 
her mother, Tennenial Djo, and her Father, Isoldar, the king and queen 
of Hapes. Jacen wondered if Lusa, Raynar, or Zekk were doing anything, 
but then he remembered that Lusa and Raynar were taking medical lessons 
from Cighal. Cighal was a Callimarian ambassador whom Master Skywalker 
had taught to be a Jedi healer and she was one among Luke's first twelve 
trainees. Zekk was on kitchen duty for the day and there was no way 
Jacen was going to go into the academy's kitchen. 
     That left Jacen with the perfect excuse to do some exploring. He had 
been waiting for days for some free time to spend in the jungle looking 
for new specimens to add to his collection and this was the perfect 
opportunity. He told Jaina that he was going for a walk in the jungle 
and her detached reply told him that she had not been listening. That 
didn't matter to Jacen, though, he was used to people not listening to 
him. So he eagerly hurried off to the jungle.d off to the jungle.
