Smugglers Chronicles

NOTE!!!!! Not all of these ideas are mine, they are based on my missions 
in the Smugglers Band RPG but I added and changed a few things. Some of 
the credit (or blame) goes to: Lord Com Wedge, Myra, Tololo, Flechette, 
Markus Sionan, Myra, Marie, Michael and probably more as I go along. If

Background: 

The missions are supposed to take place 49 years after ROTJ and were 
written before some of the newer books and episode 1 came out. I've 
decided not to update those inconstancies but to fit my timeline it is 
placed 63 years after the battle of Endor. 


Myra Jade is the daughter of Mara Jade and Wedge Antilles. She is engaged 
to Com Wedge, Lord and Supreme Commander of the Smugglers Band.

A girl opened her eyes. She was somewhere but then she had to be 
someone 
too. She didn't no where or who. Very odd, she thought, I don't 
remember 
anything. She sat there for awhile pondering who she was and 
what she 
was supposed to be doing. Then she decided to find a place to 
be. 
She knew she would need money and time to find her identity. 
She walked 
down the 'road' of the 'town' and right up to a blinking 
computer 
screen. It said: "The Smugglers Band is now accepting members!" 
There were 
ads for other governments but nothing about membership was 
said. 
For some reason she was drawn to the New Republic, but the 
Smugglers 
Band sounded as good as any. She had to figure out who she was 
before 
she did anything else. A name stuck in her head...Leona. That was 
all. It worked. She then accessed information on the planet she was on and the Smugglers Band. 
She was on a small, remote, backwater planet called Naboo. It had 
no political affliction and was a happy peace-loving planet. A recruiter 
was stationed not far from her. From what she could tell smuggling would 
be an easy, fast way to get money and find out who she was. She had no 
idea how involved she was going to get. No idea how loyal she was going 
to be.

There was a grand party after completing their mission. Leona 
partied 
with her squad mates, but mostly kept to herself. Lights were 
flashing 
and music was booming. She had been there just three weeks and 
everything 
was going fine. Of course, Corellian Brandy trended to make 
everything 
seem fine. There was dancing but mostly just drinking. 
She'd actually done quite well in her first mission. They'd all 
been 
given droids with detonators in them to blow up an Imperial Star 
Craft. 
She'd found the weapons bay and left her droid there thinking that 
the explosion would set off the other weapons. It didn't. Tololo, the 
squadron leader, had put in ionizing bombs. The Imperial craft lost 
control and couldn't maintain orbit. 
Early in the morning alarms were going off. She had a major 
headache, 
but so did everyone else in her squadron. She was stationed on 
Narkoma, 
in the wayland sector. She was Vactoth four and a smuggler 4th 
class...a 
new recruit. 
She clicked on the screen, "...mobilizing everything to find 
her. 
She must be found. Report to your Squadron commanders for briefing. 
Repeat, Myra Jade has been captured..." Leona didn't even bother clicking 
off the screen. She pulled on her clothes and rushed to Tololo's office. 
Some of the others were already there. She jumped into a chair and waited 
for them to tell her what was going on. Myra had let her in the band and 
helped her get settled. She considered Myra a friend and had a special 
connection with her. 
After everyone arrived Tololo began explaining what happened. 
Myra's 
transport had been intercepted by the Imperials and was being held 
somewhere secret. They thought the Empire would torture to try and get 
information, make a ransom demand and try and kill her. 
"We have to poke around a little before we can rescue her. Lord 
Com Wedge 
was a special assignment for us. Leona, Fletch, Markus and I 
have been 
assigned to Myrkyr Base. The rest of you are to await orders 
from Lord 
Com Wedge himself. There are many ways to get information, be 
creative." 
Tololo went on to tell where and when we should meet. Then we set off. 
Myrkyr base was impossible Leona tried to get information but 
someone 
always beat her too it. Markus found out she was being held on 
Carida, 
he even got the detention block corridor, 335567789. He got the 
information 
from at Hutt. Leona had a lot to learn. 
They actually succeeded in breaking into the detention block in 
the main 
holding building on Carida but Myra was not there.
