Methi Rice
Ingredients :
1 bunch methi leaves
2 cups rice
1 medium chopped tomato
1 tbsp butter / corn oil
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chillie powder
salt to taste
a handful of corriander leaves finely chopped
Method :
1. Heat oil / butter in a pan, add garlic paste. Add the methi leaves.
2. Then add the red chillie powder & salt.
3. Add the tomato. Cover & cook till the oil seperates.
4. Add the rice & cover & cook on a low flame till done.
