Cauliflower Paratha
Ingredients :
2 cups wheat flour
3 tbsp ghee
1/2 kg cauliflower cut into very small pieces
salt to taste
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chillie powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp amchoor powder
a handful of corriander leaves finely chopped
Method :
1. Knead the dough. Set aside.
2. For the stuffing, stir fry the cauliflower in little ghee. Add salt, cumin powder, chillie powder, amchoor powder & turmeric powder & mix well. Add corriander leaves. Then, set aside to cool.
3. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts & roll into rounds by using little flour. Put the stuffing in the center; fold all the edges together; roll again.
4. Fry on tawa on both sides. When almost done; add ghee on both sides. Serve hot.
