Potato Paratha


Ingredients :


2 cups wheat flour
3 tbsp ghee
3 potatoes boiled & mashed
2 tsp jeera
salt to taste
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chillie powder
a handful of corriander leaves finely chopped

Method :


1. Knead the dough. Set aside.

2. For the stuffing, mix together the rest of the ingredients.

3. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts & roll into rounds by using a little flour. Put the stuffing in the center; fold all the edges together; roll again.

4. Fry on tawa on both sides. When almost done; add ghee on both sides. Serve hot.
