This web page is intended to provide support to others who have a Latex Allergy and are serving thier country. My goal is to encourage awereness and spread information that might be helpful to those of us with a Latex Allergy.

Mission Essential Equipment, Does that include Latex Free Supplies?

Today's Military War Fighter is exposed to many threats, but is LATEX a threat? Both the solider and the chain of command must look at each piece of equipment and/or supplly item and determine if they contain LATEX. When in doubt, contact the manufacture.

We take care of others, but are we taking care of ourselves?

We do a great job of caring for other, but are we taking care of ourselves? It is hard to avoid latex in the hospital setting, can we do the same in the field? Do the DEPMEDS come with latex free supplies?

You need to make sure you have a RED Allergy ID tag. The ID tag needs to say "LATEX Allergy".
