SOOOOO CLOSE!! 15-5 Loss

This game seemed like a dream for the first 5 innings. We got out to a quick lead and held on to it. We even got out of a bases loaded situation without giving up a run. 2 game losing mistakes were made, and the team just could not overcome the mistakes to rally back and regain the lead again. Overall, this was the most competitive we had played all season, and we had very aggressive baserunning. I was most proud of this game, even though once again the loss went to our team. The score was 5-0 for a few innings, then it was 5-4 until we made a few mistakes. Next season this should be an easy team to beat.

Heather is such a brute...she nailed this girl with a tag and took her down...ok no not really...the girl had a weird slide and got hurt. She was out.

The heat was terrible, especially for our catchers. Kristen was hanging tough.

Tiff is such a weirdo...but maybe she needs to smell her foot before every game for good luck...it seemed to work for a while! YUCK.(and would you please notice that she's smiling at her foot??)
