Hello! Welcome to our Kindergarten and 1st Grade soccer league! We are known as the Red Dragons.

We may be small in size and just learning how to play the game, but beware....because we have so much energy inside of us that we can scoot around so fast to make a goal! Also, we absorb all kinds of information and with only having 2 weeks to practice before our first game we looked like pros out there!

Our coaches, Mr. Steve and Ms. Annie, have been teaching us the proper way of kicking the ball and how to pass and all of the different rules and positions of the game. We have a lot of fun running around and doing our drills, which are practice moves. Our coaches don't just make us do boring drill after drill, they like to play games that will teach us. We have so much more fun that way!

So far we have had two games that we really enjoyed playing. We don't keep score because at this stage it's having fun and enjoying the sport that counts. We are learning life lessons here, not just a game. For we are being taught about good sportmanship, working together as a team, using our minds to make quick decisions, how to share the work and so much more!
