DaveMtthws: we don't play some of the older tunes because of both boredom and forgetfulness. some of the older tunes may find their way back though

Stefan: We have several that are in the works. They'll pop out as they pop out

Question: why didn't your first album come out in the stores untill recently, I had to send away for it.

DaveMtthws: Who's running your record store and why?!!

DaveMtthws: I wrote it for my mother. I write everything for my mother and my family.

Question: Dave, Do you think that you would like to perform at a few smaller shows (maybe acoustic solo)? I miss the the days long ago when you could simply dance at the Floodzone without the bodysurfing, fights, etc. and just listen to your music.

DaveMtthws: Right now we're surfing a wave. I don't know what the future holds but I miss yesterdays too.

Stefan: He's bartending at the club where Dave used to bartend, and we're all still very, very good friends. And he's building a house :)

DaveMtthws: I play ping-pong and i'm not sure.

Question: Hey- I've listened to you guys for the past three years (used to live in Charlottesville)- Any chance that Peter Greisar might record/perform with you guys in the future? I loved watching you every week at Trax- you're fantastic!

DaveMtthws: We still jam with Pete, usually in the confines of his house.
