Transformation: Element Time power
Weapons: The Time Pendulum. A staff much like her sisters except it is tan and has an orb and a pendulum handing from it. Sometimes the staff will disappear and all you will see is a swinging pendulum.
Attacks:
Time Stop
This is like Pluto’s forbidden attack except that it can be used when there is a big problem. “Time” holds up her staff as the pendulum sways faster and faster. “Stop” the pendulum stops mid swing and only the scouts can still move.
Element Time Rush
“Element” holds up her pendulum. “Time” spins the pendulum fast so there is a swirl in front of her. “Rush” the swirl rushes at the enemy and knocks them over.
Background: She was from a small planet just outside the Solar System. She and her sister (Trista) were both Princesses of Time. Then someone destroyed their home planet and Trista was shot out towards an small, cold planet (Pluto) and Terrie was sent out to another galaxy far away. The Element System where she was made Sailor/Princess/Element of Time.
