"I am definitely moving in, in this elevator," Nick said as he leaned on Alexia's shoulder.

"Are you mad?" Alexia looked at him strangely.

"No, not really," he answered slyly.

"Then why in the world would you build a camp on this elevator?" she said playing with her car keys.

"Well, for starters it's a nice elevator," he laughed, "and secondly I've had the privilege to ride this elevator with you twice, so I figured if I live here then I know I will get to ride it with you again?" he said as he ran one hand through his blond locks making Alexia blush. As she noticed the hot feeling in her face she quickly turned away.

"Thank you," Alexia said staring at the control panel.

"For what?" Nick said reaching out his hand to grab her arm gently making her turn.

"For restoring my faith in mankind," she softly smiled at him. "But then again, what if I ride the other elevator?"

"I'll just have to pray to the heavens up above, that you come in this elevator instead of the other, what, there's two-"

"Seven!"

"Six other elevators," he joked.

"So I heard last night you're coming out with a new album. Congratulations," Alexia said trying to get the conversation to drift elsewhere.

"Thanks, but we haven't even started recording, actually we haven't done a thing," he laughed lightly as the elevator came to a stop.

"Can I ask you a question?"

"Sure, shoot away," Nick said as they walked side by side.

"Why didn't you call?" Alexia said making Nick come to a complete stop.

"You mean the phone you gave us was real?" Nick looked shocked and disappointed.

"What? You think I give out fake phone numbers to good looking men just for the fun of it?" Alexia said as she turned around to face Nick who had stopped before she did.

"It's just that you are you ....and we ... God I feel like such an ass," he said running both his hand through his soft locks. Alexia smiled.

"Cute."

"What?" Nick asked as he looked at Alexia straight in the eye.

"The way you look when you get mad, you look cute," she said smiling. "Hey it's only Wednesday, you can still call me and we all can go out."

"All??"

"Yes all, what you thought the phone number was only for you"? she said teasingly.

"Well..." Nick said as he put his hand in his pockets.

"Well you can call afterwards and we can go out alone," she said as she cradled his face with her palm.

"Crap, John is going to kill me," she belched out as she saw the time on her watch.

"What?" Nick said confused.

"I have a very important meeting and I am incredibly late," she said as she started walking.

"Hey, wait up!" Nick yelled as he ran up to her.

"Nick, call me I just have to get to this meeting," she said kissing his cheek softly and walking away.

"Sorry for the delay, Alexia, it's just that they are presenting the idea to the other group," John said as he noticed Alexia tapping her pen against the table.

"You mean they don't know?" Alexia turned and gave John 'the look'.

"Relax, they know the concept, but they are now finding out it's you," he said sitting back in the black chair.

"Oh...." Alexia said looking confused, but calm.

"So who are they anyways?" Alexia asked knowing this question was really what was bothering her.

"You'll see," John said as he grinned slyly.

"Oh great, so they get to know who I am but I don't get to know who they are, what if I don't like them?"

"You will."

"How do you know that?" Alexia said getting a little angry.

"For starters, you already know three of them and secondly here they come."

Alexia quickly turned and smiled. She slowly leaned and whispered in John's ear "I am going to kill you."

"Oh my gosh, it's really her, she is soo....." Brian said as he started shaking. "Sexy," "Unbelievable," "Gorgeous," "Incredible," they all answered one by one.

"No...for real, man I've been her number one fan forever, and now she is making an album with us, this is...." "Unbelievable," "Not real," "Incredible." They all waited for a stupid comment from star struck Brian, but he just stared, making Alexia laugh

"Gentlemen," a man said gesturing for them to sit down.

"All right lets get down to business," John said as he stood up from his chair.

"So it's about 3:30 and we know you haven't eaten cause we've been stuck with you in that room since 9, so can we take you out for lunch?" Nick said as they walked out of the conference room.

"Was it really that painful?" Alexia looked at nick slyly.

"What?" he asked confused.

"Being stuck with me in that room for what six hours?" she said as she continued walking.

"Well, yes" he answered making her stop.

"Oh I see," she said turning around to face him.

"What is he doing?" Howie elbowed AJ who were standing a few feet behind.

"Flirting," he whispered back making Howie even more confused.

"It was painful cause you were on one side of the room while I was on the opposite end," he said gently as he walked towards her. "So about lunch," he reached for her hand making her blush.

"Damn, he is good!" AJ said softly making sure she wouldn't here him. Suddenly Alexia's cell phone rang making her jump.

"Hello?" she said softly as she answered the phone.

"Say yes," John said on the other end of the line.

"Where are you?" Alexia said smiling widely making Nick a little uneasy.

"Look at the window of the conference room discretely," he answered, as Alexia did this, she found John peeping through the large glass window with a phone in his hand.

"Yes to what?" she asked.

"To lunch, you need some distractions," he said waving at her.

"Thanks," she said waving back at him, making Nick turn and look at him.

"OK," she said as she put the phone back in her black purse.

"Was that..?"

"Yes," she answered before he could even finish his sentence.

"So are they coming, too?" Alexia pointed at the four men standing in a group by the conference room entrance.

"Well, that depends," Nick said teasingly.

"On??" Alexia decided to play his game.

"Do you want them to come?" he said as he looked her straight in the eye. Alexia paused for a second and finally smiled.

"So are you guys coming or do I have to go and get you all myself?" Alexia yelled back at them from the elevator.

"I wouldn't mind that," Kevin said out loud making the guys laugh.

"So Steven just bumped into you and then offered you a job?" Howie asked stunned at the explanation Alexia had given him about how she got started.

She took a sip of her Diet Coke and started, "Yeah, I mean I bumped into him, making his organized life a mess cause all his papers flew in the air, offered him a hand. and he offered me an audition."

She smiled as she saw a little girl run up to the table. "Mr. Carter can I have.... oh Alexia can I have your autograph?" she said with wide eyes as she turned her attention to the only girl at the table.

"Sure, so what's your name, cutie?" she smiled as she took the pen and piece of paper from the young blond child.

"Julie," she quickly replied.

"You know that's my mom's name," Alexia said as she signed the piece of paper.

"Uh-huh," the little girl nodded, "And your daddy's name is Manuel and your full name is Alejandra Carmen," she continued stunning both Alexia and the guys.

"And how do you know so much about me?" Alexia asked politely.

"Cause I am your biggest fan!" she smiled proudly, making Alexia laugh lightly.

"Bye," the little girl said just before she ran off.

"A little competition, Nick," AJ teased.

"Stop that," he said as he punched AJ on the shoulder.

"OK, stop all this, now back to your story," Howie said interrupting the playful fight between Nick and AJ.

"So why music?" Kevin asked.

"Sorry, are we on Jeopardy and I don't know it?" Alexia said as she laughed looking around. "Well, Britney was the one who actually got the idea in my head, and then everyone else just poked the right buttons," she smiled.

"When you say Britney, you mean Britney Spears?" Brian asked gently.

"Yep, we've been friends for a while and she was actually on my demo," she said as she took a bite of her cheese pizza.

"Wow," Brian said as he stared at her eating.

"What?" Alexia asked smiling knowing the answer to her own question,

"You really do eat," he answered.

"What you think everyone in Hollywood is anorexic? Well think again, actually I exercise like a maniac that is why I can eat all of this," she smiled back.

"So my turn now, who of you have girlfriends?"

"That would be us three," Kevin said pointing at himself, Brian and Howie.

"And you?" Nick asked gently.

"Girlfriends?... well right now no one," she laughed making the guys smile.

"No seriously, I am single, I just broke up with someone," she said as she looked at her silver ring. As she looked up her eyes met Nick's making her blush, but for some reason she didn't look away.
