Brian and Kevin were in Kevin's room as Kevin was getting ready to go out to dinner with his girlfriend Madison. Brian had been noticing something weird about the way Kevin had been acting recently and was trying to find out what was going on.

"So where are you taking her tonight?" Brian asked.

Kevin did not answer, he just kept staring into his closet.

"Kevin?" Brian prompted. "Yoohoo...Kevin? KEVIN!"

"Huh?" Kevin looked around the room before focusing on Brian. "Oh, hey Bri. How long have you been in here?"

"Kev, I'm worried about you. You've been really strange recently, like you're not really here."

"Oh. Well, I was just thinking."

"You can talk to me if anything's bothering you. At anytime."

"Yeah. I know. Thanks."

"So, back to my question. Where are you taking Madison tonight?"

"Hey, B, do you think...is it cheating if you have...feelings for someone besides your girlfriend, even if you don't...act on your feelings?" Kevin blurted out.

"Aha! This is about Allison, isn't it?

"What? Why do you say that?"

"I had this gut feeling a long while ago that this would happen."

"What would happen?"

"That you would finally realize your feelings for her."

"Why do you say that I have feelings for her?"

"Cousin Kevin...you think I don't k now you? We've all seen how you get whenever she's around. Especially now that you set her up with Z-Man. You should have never done that."

"I know, but Zach was begging me to get him a girl and I didn't know they would last."

"Why wouldn't they last? Allison is so nice that she would rather be in a relationship that she didn't want to be in than break up with someone and risk hurting their feelings. And, well, Z-Man could never rack in the ladies so why would he even think of dumping her?"

"It was all supposed to be so different and I can't stand dating Madison anymore. I'm living a lie and I can't take it! I only asked her out to make Allison realize she liked me. It was that whole people want they can't have kind of deal."

"Yeah, I understand, but what are you going to do?"

"I think I'm going to break it off with Madison tonight."

"I hope you know what you're doing Kev," Brian warned forebodingly.
