This is the mother of the bride and bride on their way to the church from the bride's home.
After the bride and her mother arrive at the church, Silk and her driver patiently wait for the bride, groom, and final photo session.
Carriage Decorations
The bride is welcomed and encouraged to add custom decorations to the carriage. Flower ropes and bouquets may be added to the vehicle. The bride may have them ready on the wedding day and delivered to our pre-arranged set-up site. Timing is usually not a problem as we are there approximately 2 hours before contract start time.
We can apply the decorations or someone from the bridal party may help out.
Wood N Horses, Inc. also asks that the florist be advised to use only coated wire, string or light rope with the flowers to keep damage to the carriage at a minimum. Decorations must not interfere with movement of horse and carriage.
Ribbons or bows in the brides colors may also be added to the horse. We ask again that these be supplied due to color shading differences.
In the past we have supplied the florists with a plain carriage photo and any measurements that they might need for that extra special touch. So be creative and give us some ideas.
NOTE: The carriage has working lamps that make for a lovely evening event.

Inclemate Weather
At the above wedding, Mother Nature did not cooperate with anyone, however, the bride and groom were delivered to the reception site between downpours and without incident.
