WELCOME TO
~SARI'S KITCHEN~

I was a very young girl when I cooked my first meal, of course my mother was telling me what to do, but I did it all by myself, and I was so proud, I was about 6 or 7 years old and the dish was Spaghetti, and I love cooking it today still (smile).

I love baking cookies and cakes, I don't care too much for pies, I love making pound cakes. I love crunchy cookies. I always add more nuts to chocolate chips than chips, I always did stay in my kitchen, it is my favorite room.

I put a little tv in there, a phone is in there, the web is portable, now what more do I need? If you want me, look no further than the kitchen.

I use to make Onion rolls every week, I would love to smell the yeast and onions baking all through the house. I would cook Greens with ham fat, or the skin or Black-eye-peas and Neckbones, Cabbage, Rice, Pig feet and Tails, I can think of so many things that I have cooked, through the years, and still cook today.

One thing that I truly love, is too see someone eat and enjoy the foods that I have cooked. Then I know that I have done alright.

I had a friend, who has passed away now, when he would get off of work in the mornings, He would stop and buy some fresh fish, and come by my house, he knew that I loved fresh fish, and I would cook fried potatoes with onions and garlic, and we would be eating at 7-8-8:30 in the morning, the time didn't matter. And we would have a good time eating.

If it is what you want, regardless of the time, I say cook it and eat it. Anything could be breakfast to me.

The one thing that I love above all else is seafood, all kind of seafood, well maybe all except a few of them, I will be adding a lot of seafood recipes. I think that some of them will be from Africa.

There will also be some recipes that I never measure anything for, you know, a little of this and a little of that, that is the way that I like to cook. A lot of the ingredients can be found right on your kitchen shelf, and none is too complicated.

I hope that you will like some of the recipes well enough to try them.
