Master Choa Kok Sui visited New Delhi on 13/14th December 1998. He held a meeting for 'Arhatics at The Hyatt Regency Hotel on the 13th of Dec. '98.

Master talked of a need for a proper Spiritual Centre which would be impregnated with spiritual energy. He also emphasized the necessity for an 'Arhatic Centre' where all arhatic practitioners can meet morning, afternoon, night. He clearly indicated that spiritual progress is only possible when all participants meet regularly for at least 12 months. This Master assured would be equal to 10-20 incarnations - just follow instructions.

Explaining further he mentioned - 'You are capable of, generating thought, you are the soul. The mantra 'SO-HAM' states 'I AM THAT' (the highest philosophy). Chanting this mantra helps the 'higher self' to extend downwards as 'incarnated soul' and this identifies with thought, feelings and body. From the spiritual cord when soul contact is minimum the person is governed by the lower chakras and are not influenced by the Higher Soul. But when honesty, integrity and character-building becomes high these traits help manifest as a Divine Union and the person becomes more and more Divine. Depending on amount of Soul contact - Kundalini is awakened, and as person is purified more 'Soul-energy' is intensified. Master also spoke of twelve chakras which create 'Kriya Shakti' - which has the ability to materialise certain things as per limitations. He also stated that the 'spoken word' has a meaning. So be careful with your speech as all thoughts begins to take a physical manifestation. Practice loving, kindness, non-injury is yours to undertake. So, Master Choa is constantly emphasizing for all Arhatics to meet regularly at the centre and once you continue growing together for 3-5 years, you practitioners - start attacking the grosser aspects eg. nonviolence. There are different aspects of understanding and different levels with different people. Master said - 'TRUTH is dynamic, so understanding of certain virtues is dynamic. Please do not believe/disbelieve blindly - learn to make your own conclusion, but you have to leart to respect the rights of others and not forget your duties.

Master Choa Kok Sui is a Master teacher of an Ordained Order of the Mei Ling Dynasty. He has the highest philosophy which he very modestly puts across, but very few really understand the depth with which he is trying to convey his point to the audience.

At the conference, he stated that 'through hard work, intelligence, titing, good luck & Divine Blessings, you become a good channel to generate lots of good Karma. In giving, you are entitled to receiving, according to your own capacity for some individuals, harvesting is fast for some slow and for some the Karma is clean Foundation for details.
