I wish to share an experience. One evening, I was reading a book there was a particular passage in a book I was reading that seemed to catch my eye. It read like this.

"The Masters, who watch over mankind at the present time, are concerned that Searchers on the path are opening up their brow and head centres before the heart centre is fully awakened. This can cause damage and hinder their progression on the journey of spiritual evolution (Lorna Todd-A Healer's Journey Into The Light)"

After reading this particular passage in the above mentioned book, I realised the immense importance of doing the Twin Heart Meditation. With more and more reading that I did, I realised that Master has created the best and safest possible route for our spiritual development. In an explanation on the Twin Heart Meditation it is mentioned that "Without developing higher emotions (i.e. activating the heart chakra), one cannot experience divine love (i.e. activating the crown chakra).

I realised that, till date I had not really understood the real significance of the Twin Heart Meditation. But as we all know, wisdom and realisation can come from many different sources. For me, the above passage triggered off some new insight. The same evening I sat down and did the Twin Heart Meditation with a deeper understanding on the need to bless the Earth and Sentient Beings with the Heart Chakra. I could feel my heart swelling with love for all humanity and life as a whole. What followed after that was an experience that cannot be put into words because the entire meditation was completely different to what I have ever experienced before. I can only suggest that we all try it for ourselves and experience the wonder of the Twin Heart meditation.
