Let it be known to be down with WOLFPAC all you need to have is heart but to be in the WOLFPAC requires a bit more. We ask for more from our people because our fans ask more from us than the average bullshit rap or rock band. First of all you have to have 100% dedication to the PAC, secondly you have to have the talent to flow lyrically, thirdly you must have the ability to overcome great obstacles both mentally and physically. This is not easy and sometimes its very trying on the PAC but well worth the fun and enjoyment that is reaped from all the hard work. There is nothing better in the world than interacting with people who are down with your music and down with what you do for their entertainment.
Unfortunately due to certain personal problems that Black Monk was experiencing he was not able to properly fulfill any of the above commitments to WOLFPAC making his position in the band and the SugarDaddy corporation in jeopardy. Ever since the last WOLFPAC show in Detroit MI Black Monks live show performance has been lacking in energy and skill, his timing was off and he was constantly messing up different lyrics. The problem grew ever more apparent at the WOLFPAC live broadcast on Philadelphia's own 94.1 FM WYSP where his performance left a lot to be desired. When asked what was wrong, or asked if aid was needed or asked to improve upon these things his attitude became erratic and aggressive to the point where none of the other members wanted to work with him in any way whatsoever. All of these things worsened so much so that it left us with no choice but to force the situation where Black Monk would have to improve his total overall performance or he would be forced to have to choose to leave WOLFPAC. After such pressure was placed, Black Monk had no choice but to choose to leave.
Why you may ask did his behavior and performance level change to such a piss pore level? Well there are a serious of possible answers to that question. Some say it was his increasing drug use and dabbling with newer substances, others sight a dependency on alcohol, others seem to think it has something to do with stress in his home life and finally there is the idea that touring the world, being asked for autographs and selling CD's to the masses of appreciated fans was just no fun to him any more. What ever the case may be, the change was needed to bring you the very best performance, the evilest music this side of hell and the most fun live show since you saw your 13 year old neighbor losing her virginity. WOLFPAC is a constantly changing and developing enty, it is in a state of growing and changing all the time. From rap styles, to different MC's to different lyrics all together. Rappers come and go influencing the direction of WOLFPAC all the time so was a great opportunity to have this chance to improve on the development of WOLFPAC.
So what about Black Monks lyrics on the CD? Well in all actuality that isn't Black Monk's voice on the CD, its another member of WOLFPAC mixed with some of the new member of WOLFPAC voice. On top of that it wasn't even his lyrics. As for his live performance and future WOLFPAC recordings, the much desired slot will be given to none other that Detroit's own neck snapping rapper Stric-9, the most deadly and evil raper to come out of MI since ICP! So keep a ear tuned to the growing flavor that WOLFPAC will be unleashing soon and keep spreading the word!
