Ballet Lessons

Ashley walkes up to you. "Hi," she says. "Are you ready to start?" You nod eagerly. "Good. Remember I can only teach you the basics since ballet is very complicated. If you would want to know more; you should contact a real ballet teacher. Okay?" You tell her that you will. "Now," says Ashley, "this here is first postition, second, third, fourth, and fifth posistion, in that order."

In first position you put your heels together.

In second posistion you seperate your feet and turn them to the side.

In third posistion you put your heels together and face one foot forward.

In fourth posistion you seperate your feet and turn them both to the side.

In fifth posistion you stick on foot in front of the other foot.

As you struggle to put your feet the right way Ashley tells you about her ballet lessons. "I take on Mondays and Thursdays from anywhere to an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and thirty minutes. I have been taking for more than seven years. I can go up on point; which is when you rise straight up on all your toes. I can do some of my splits, but they are very diffucult. If you take ballet you'd be able to do this stuff too. Oh, yeah. These are point shoes."
