LITTLE TIPS

• If you want a massive chest, start with INCLINE PRESSES, NOT FLAT BENCH!
• If you want a big, wide back with a great V-taper, YOU HAVE TO DO PULL-UPS, WIDE!
• Always do MORE SETS FOR TRICEPS THAN BICEPS!
• Train calves, forearms, and traps more often than once a week and train them HEAVY like everything else!
• Read mucsle magazines, they are WORTH IT!
• Eat 6-8 MEALS A DAY, OF EQUAL SIZE!
• Don't ever skip meal, ESPECIALLY BREAKFAST!
• Don't take any supplement you can't get IN FOOD!
• Don't forget about CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISE!
• Forget about every other person in the gym and only LOOK AT YOURSELF in the mirrors!!!
