As you can see, I put these into practice. "Fear is temporary, pride is forever!" "Pain is only fear leaving your body!"
LITTLE TIPS
- If you want a massive chest, start with INCLINE PRESSES, NOT FLAT BENCH!
- If you want a big, wide back with a great V-taper, YOU HAVE TO DO PULL-UPS, WIDE!
- Always do MORE SETS FOR TRICEPS THAN BICEPS!
- Train calves, forearms, and traps more often than once a week and train them HEAVY like everything else!
- Read mucsle magazines, they are WORTH IT!
- Eat 6-8 MEALS A DAY, OF EQUAL SIZE!
- Don't ever skip meal, ESPECIALLY BREAKFAST!
- Don't take any supplement you can't get IN FOOD!
- Don't forget about CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISE!
- Forget about every other person in the gym and only LOOK AT YOURSELF in the mirrors!!!
