The above reference is attributed to Vonnegut's book The Sirens of Titan. It is a place in space where all truths collide, and all can understand that there are several ways of being right, a dangerous thought to the ordinary man. Vonnegut says in several of his books to an alien landing on Earth when we are all gone: "We could have done more, but we were too lazy and cheap!"
