Voices were scattered throughout the back of the church where everyone was gathered. AJ McLean sat in the last pew by himself and flipped through a song book he found on the back of the pew infront of him. He tried his best to keep himself busy because he was extemly bored.
Where the hell was this chick? She's the maid of honor and isn't here yet? Shit, she better not be late tomorrow. If she was he might have to walk down the isle by himself. Why the hell did he have to be Nick's best man anyway? Everything was so fucked up in the Backstreet camp. Nick and Brian were hardly talking. AJ was praying to God Brian shows up tomorrow. If he didn't then he knew Nick and Brian's friendship would hit rock bottom.
Brian was pissed at AJ beacause he and Nick had gotten so close since he got out of rehab and Nick made him his best man. Well what the fuck did Brian expect? He told Nick flat out he hated Taylor. Christ, AJ didn't like her all that much either. She's a selfish bitch and a spolied brat. He wasn't gonna tell Nick that though. He loves her and thats all that matters, right?
AJ put the book back and rubbed his temples. This chick better not be as bad as Taylor cause he was gonna have to be with her all day. They'd all have to get pictures, he's gonna have to sit next to her at the table and they'll probably have to dance as well. Small talk. He's good at small talk. If she starts to get annoying he'll just imagin she's that cute blonde he met at that club a few nights back. Damn, she had the finest..
"Chloe! Finally!"
AJ looked up and saw a tiny short haired brunette with glasses walk in. That's her? Why the hell did Taylor's best friend look like a librarian when Taylor was a super model? Literally.
Taylor ran over to Chloe and gave her a hug and then smacked her litely. "Where have you been? We were supposed to start this practice forty five minutes ago. My wedding is tommorow, hun. This is the press event of the year. You can not be late. "
Chloe bit her lip. "I'm sorry Tay. I was finishing up some paper work and didn't realize what time it was."
Taylor rolled her eyes and then pulled off Chole's glasses. "Clo, I bought you contacts. Why do you still wear these hideous things? They hide your eyes and your eyes are your best feature." Chloe just shrugged and Taylor gave her back her glasses. "Well whatever. Lets get started."
