1) First, uninstall the prvious version of Napster from your hard drive.
2) If Napster is unable to uninstall itself, you need to remove the following keys from your registry:
(NOTE: If you don't know how to edit your registry, be warned that it's a hairy task, and if you misedit, you could hurt your computer. For a tutorial through, Click Here)

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Explorer\MenuOrder\Start
Menu\&Programs\Napster

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Napster v2.0
Beta 5

3) Now, remove every instance of the following code from your registry:

4) Restart your computer.

5) Download Napster again. and install using a new login and new e-mail
address.

6) Continue using Napster, and pretend nothing has happened
