Emily: Juan where are we going?
Juan: Some place real special.
Emily: Well can I at least take of this blindfold. Because you know I don't like not being able to see where I'm going.

Allison:(smiles)No it's not. Because you thought that she loved you. And Juan you were the one that got hurt not Emily. Because everyone in town knows how big a flirt she is. Emily picked up the phone and called Liz.
Liz: Hello?

Emily:(starting to cry) yes

Liz: OK but Em you do have to tell Taggert. That way he can talk to Juan.

Emily: Well I guess your right. Oh someones on my other line. Hold on.
Liz. OK.
Emily: Hello?
Nikolas: Hey Emily
Emily: Oh hey Nikolas. What's up?
Nikolas: Not much just wanted to see if you wanted to come over for dinner. Or go out somewhere.
Emily: Well I guess I could. Just let me say bye to Liz.
Nikolas: Is she over there?
Emily: No she's on the other line so hold on.

Emily: Hey Liz I gotta go. But I'll talk to you later. OK?

Emily: Bye Liz. (clicks back over to Nikolas) Ok Nikky I'm all yours.
Nikolas: (trying to sound mad)Don't call me Nikky!
Emily:(laughing)Oh right sorry NIKKY!
Nikolas:(starting to laugh a little)I think you spend to much time with Lucky.
Emily: Nah I don't think so. Besides who would I hang out with?

Emiy: Oh Nikolas you know that I will always hang out with you. It's just that you seem to be so busy lately. That's why I have been hanging out with Lucky so much. I'm sorry I never meant to hurt you.
Nikolas: No you didn't hurt me. I know I haven't been around much but it's hard because I see you, Lucky and Liz laughing and having a good time, and it seems that I'm not even missed.
Emily: That's not true. We always miss you. Or at least I do. Because you're one of my best friends. And Nikolas best friends will always be together no matter what. So what time do you want me to come over for dinner?

Emily sighs and hangs up the phone.(thinking to herself)Do I tell Nikolas what happened today? Or do I just sit there and pretend that eveything is OK? Emily gets up and goes to Nikolas's house for dinner hoping the she doesn't run into Juan on the way.
Emily is walking through the park on her way to see Nikolas. Emily hears laughing coming from behind the bushes so she walks over to see who is back there. When Emily looks back there she sees Juan and Allison getting dressed. Thinking to herself Emily says that's right Allison will just give it up to you Juan but if she has said NO I bet you wouldn't think twice about.
Emily walks up the front stepes and knocks on the front door. Not even 5 seconds go by and Nikolas opens the door and let's Emily in.
Emily: So Nikky what are we having for dinner?
Nikolas: Well first of all DON'T call me Nikky and secondly we are having something from the Outback.
Emily: You ordered something from the Outback? Why didn't you just get Kelly's?
Nikolas: Because we ALWAYS get something from Kelly's and plus when was the last time you had food from the Outback anyways.
Emily: Well it has been while since I have had anything from there. So what are we waiting for I'm starving.
Nikolas:(placing his hand on the small of her back)Right this way beautiful.

Nikolas:(in whisper)Well you are to me.(pulls out the chair for Emily) Here you go.
Emily: Thank you. (laughs slightly)You know Nikolas to some people this would seem like you and I are on a date.
Nikolas:(leaning in from across the table and taking her hands)Well Emily it can be anything you want it to be.
Emily: Nikolas theres something I think you need to know.
Nikolas:(sitting back in his chair)What is it?
Emily: Well earlier today I told Lucky that he's the one that I'm in love with not Juan. And Lucky told me that he loves me adn not Liz. So this could be nothing more then two friends having dinner together.
Nikolas:(hurt)Well Emily I only said that it could be whatever you want it to be because I wanted to see your reaction. Because Emily I know that someone as strong and beautiful could never love someone like me.
Emily:(reaching across the table and grabing his hands)Nikolas that's not true at all. To be honest there was a point that I would give anything to be with you. But things have changes alot since then Nikolas.
Nikolas: It's ok Emily. I guess I should have noticed you then instead of now. Because if I would have I would have seen the beautiful, strong and caring woman. But I only thought of you as a little sister. I'm so sorry I didn't notice until now.
Emily: Well let's just eat dinner and you can walk me home after that.
Nikolas: OK
Lucky has been trying to get ahold of Emily for almost two hours now. He's called her line for an hour straight. He even went over to see if Emily was home. But when he climbed up the tree her window was locked and she was nowhere in her room. So Lucky went to the docks she wasn't there. He walked all through the park. He couldn't find her at all. Finally after two hours of looking for her he starts to think of when he first saw her that day. She was crying and upset because of Juan. The more he thought of Juan hurting Emily he thought that maybe Juan had Emily now. Lucky got up to go find Juan and ask him where Emily was when he saw Emily and Nikolas going towards him. Lucky ran to Emily and hugged her so tight that Emiy could hardly breath.
Lucky: Where have you been?
Nikolas: She's been with me. Is that a problem?
Lucky: No it's not a problem. It's just that I didn't know where Emily was a I was worried about her. That's all.(turning to Emily)I'm sorry I should have known you would be with someone who you care about. I'm sorry.
Emily: Lucky it's OK. I mean after today it's not wonder that you were just alittle worried about me.
Nikolas: What happend today?
Emily:(looking at Nikolas)Well why don't the three of us go back to my room and I'll tell you what happened.

Lucky, Emily and Nikolas are all sitting in Emily's room. Emily wants to tell Nikolas what happened today but doesn't know how to tell him. Lucky just sits there and watches the emotions play on Emily's face. The fear of somone else knowing, the hurt, the anger, and the feeling of being all alone. Fianlly Emily spoke.
Emily: Well today was me and Juan's one year anniversary. And he thought that it would be romantic if we would make love today. And when I said NO he(starting to cry) well....he...he....ummmm...he raped me Nikolas.
Lucky: That's why when I couldn't find Emily I was so freaked. Because she came to me and told me what happened and when I couldn't find her I thought that maybe Juan had her.
Nikolas: It's ok. I understand now.(putting his arm around Emily) How are you dealing with this?
Emily:(looking into Nikolas's eyes)I'm doing OK I guess. But on the way to your house tonight I heard something in the bushes and when I looked I saw Juan and Allision in there getting dressed.
Lucky: WHAT?
Emily: Lucky why are you getting so mad? It's OK. It just hurt a little.
Lucky: Because I saw Juan and Allison together at Kelly's. And they seemed pertty buddy-buddy.
Nikolas: You think that Juan and Allsion have something going on?
Lucky: Yeah I do.
Emily: The tramp! I can't believe I ever believed Juan when he told me he loved me. How could I be so stupid?
Lucky:(sitting next to Emily)It's not your fault. He has everyone fooled. Juan even had Sonny fooled.
Emily:(smiling coldly) That's it. I go and tell Sonny what happened and he can take care of Juan.(laughs coldly)Who knows maybe even kill him.
Nikolas: Well if you want I can drive you over there now.
Emily: No not tonight. Let's wait until morning. And then I will tell Sonny what happened and he can "handle" Juan. And Carly can take me to the Woman's Center.
Lucky: Why don't you ask Liz if she wants to go with you tomorrow?
Emily: Because Lucky if I take Liz with me she will find a way to turn this into something about her. And I'm not going to put up with that. So I'm going to ask Carly to take me. And then you and Nikolas and Sonny can go and have a "talk" with Juan.
Nikolas: If your sure.
Lucky: I think she is. But it's getting late and Emily you need your sleep. So Nikolas and I are going to go.
Nikolas:(kisses Emily on the cheek.) We'll be back about 8 o'clock tomorrow. OK?
Emily: OK. I'll see you guys at 8 tomorrow.(Kisses Nikolas on the cheek and turn to Lucky) Call me when you get home?
Lucky: What else would I do sleep?(kisses Emily on the lips and walks out the door with Nikolas.)
Emily:(thinking to herself)Now Juan's going to pay for what he did to me. If only we could go now.(looking up at the stars and saying outloud) Dear God, please watch over Lucky and Nikolas tonight. And make sure that Juan gets everything he deserved. AMEN. Then Emily goes and climbs into bed.
Emily awoke early that morning. Because she couldn't wait to go and tell Sonny what Juan had done. After she showered and got dressed she soon got bored. So instead of waiting around for Lucky and Nikolas she took off to see Sonny on her own.
Carly, Sonny and Michael were sitting at the table.
Johnny:(opening the door) Mr. Corinthos. Ms. Quatermain is here.
Sonny: Send her in.
Emily:(walks in the door.)Hey you guys I'm sorry to come by so early but I have a problem with Juan
Carly: What did that boy do now?
Emily:(laughs sightly) Well actually it's not all that funny. You see yesterday was our one year anniversary and he took me to a motel. And well you see...he thought it would be nice if we would make love for our anniversary. And when I said NO he well...he...well(starts crying)
Sonny:(walks over to Emily and wraps his arms around her) It's OK Emily...you can tell me what happened. If you want Carly can take Michael upstairs.
Emily: No(Looking at Carly)Please stay here. I want you to here this too.
Carly:(putting Michael back in his playpen)OK I'll stay.

Sonny: Now Emily I don't know if that's such a good idea. Because there will be alot of people who will miss him.

Emily: Carly if Sonny's little talk with Juan doesn't work. Will you help me kill Juan?
Carly: Emily of course I will help you. You and I are friends now and there is nothing I wouldn't do for my friends.
Emily:(smiling) Thank you so much Carly. And I'm sorry that you and I haven't been that great of friends in the past. But I want that to change. Because with you agreeing to help me kill Juan I have a new found respect for you.(hugging Carly) Thank you so much.
Carly: It's ok Emily. And I'm going to stick by you no matter what happens.

Sonny:(overhears the what Emily says) How much what means to you?
Emily:(looking at Sonny.) Nothing just a little female bonding. That's all.
Carly: Yeah Sonny sometimes you act like people are plotting murders or something.
Sonny:(joking)Well with the two of you a guy can never be to careful.
Emily: Oh that hurt my feelings.
Carly: Yeah you really now a to hurt a couple of girls.
Sonny:(starting to laugh) Come on you two you know I would do anything for either one of you.(looks over at Emily) Except killing Juan. I can't do that. He was Lily's son. I have to protect him. I hope you understand.
Emily: Well yeah I do understand.
Lucky and Nikolas are on their way to pick up Emily to go over to Sonny's. Lucky and Nikolas are talking in Nikolas's car.
Lucky: I wonder how Emily is feeling this morning. I mean I know last night that she was pretty you of it last night.
Nikolas: Yeah she was really out of it last night. I have never seen her with that look in her eyes before. And to be honest I was scared.
Lucky: (starts laughing)You were scared. Well to be honest so am I. Emily may be a strong person, but when Juan raped her it broke her.
Nikolas: She was broken pretty badly. I don't know if she can bounce back to her usual strong Emily. She's just not the same as she use to be. She has this cold look in her eyes. Like a part of her soul was taken away from her. And I don't know how she's going to get that back.
Lucky: OK well here we are. Let's not tell Emily what we just talked about. It would hurt her even more I think.
Nikolas: You're right. As always.
Lucky and Nikolas walk up to the Quatermaine Mansion and knock on the front door. Reginald opens the door smiling.
Reginald: Oh boys I'm sorry. Emily is not here right now. She left early this morning. I think it was about 7:00.
Nikolas: Do you happen to know where she went?
Reginald: I'm not sure. But if I were you I would go and check Mr. Corinthos's apartment. I overheard you three last night.
Lucky: Well thank you Reginald. We will just go and check there.
Nikolas and Lucky leave to go to Sonny's. To see if Emily was there.
Nikolas and Lucky get off the elevator and are greeted by Johnny.
Lucky: Do you know if Emily is here?
Johnny: As a matter of fact she came by at 7:00 this mroning. (opening the door) Mr. Corinthos Mr. Lucky Spencer and Mr. Nikolas Cassadine are here.
Sonny: Send them in. (Lucky and Nikolas walk into the penthouse.) Well boys I'm asumming that you are here to see Emily. Am I right?
Nikolas: Yes you are.(looking around) Where is she?
Sonny: Emily asked Carly to take her to the Woman's Health Clinic.
Lucky: Yeah Emily said something about asking Carly to take her. I just didn't think she actually would.(Looks at the playpen) They took Michael?
Sonny: Yes they took Michael and I'm meeting them at The Port Charles Grille for lunch. Would the two of you like to join us? I'm sure Emily would be more then happy to see both of you.
Lucky: We would love to. And I'm guessing that Emily told you what happened yesterday. Right?
Sonny: Yes she did tell me. Then she asked me if I would kill him. I told her I couldn't. But I think that we need to keep an eye on Emily and Carly because they are ploting something. Maybe even killing Juan.
Nikolas: She said something about asking you to kill him. But I didn't think that she was serious about it.
Lucky: You should have known that she was. Sonny he broke her when he raped her. And we don't think that Emily is going to be able to be back to her old self after this.
Sonny: I'm sure that Emily will be able get back to herself. And if Carly helps her she might turn into Carly. And that's not something I want. Emily is too sweet to act like Carly.
Nikolas: You think that Emily would start acting like Carly?
Lucky and Sonny: YES.
Nikolas: Why?
Lucky: Because right now Emily is vulnerable right now and she may take to Carly since she's stronger then she is right now.
Sonny: Lucky's right.
Emily: Carly I'm scared.
Carly:(holding Michael) Emily they gave you the morning after pill and I'm sure that everything will be fine.
Emily: But what if it's not? What then?
Carly: Emily you just need think of what you have waiting for you in the future. Namely Lucky. I know that he's going to stick by you. Because I can see that he loves you very much.
Emily:(in a whisper)and I love him too.
Carly:(smiling) Did you just say that you love Lucky?
Emily:(looking at Carly smiling) Yeah. See yesterday after the rape I went to see Lucky. Well I fell asleep and when I woke up he was gone. And I said that I was in love with him with. I mean I didn't think anyone was behind me. But Lucky was. And Lucky said that he loves me too.
Carly:(Hugging Emily) That's great sweetie. See now you know that you have someone to catch you when you fall.
Nurse: Exucse me Ms. Spencer
Emily:(looking up) Yes?
Nurse: We ran a pregnancy test and you're not pregnant.
Emily:(breathing a sigh of relief) Oh thank you Nurse.
Nurse:(smiling at the young girl in front of her) No problem Ms. Spencer.
Emily:(turning to Carly) Did you hear her? I'm not pregnant! I'm so happy.
Carly: And I see you used your futur name.
Emily:(blushing) Yeah I did. But Carly I didn't want to use my name. Because there are a lot of people that work here and at the hospital with my mom and dad. I didn't want them to know what happened.
Carly:(opening the door) Well I'm not going to tell them anything. Now let's go meet Sonny at The Grille for lunch. OK?
Emily:OK let's go. (stopping)But Carly you are still going to help me kill Juan right?
Carly: Emily I told you I was going to help you. And that's what I intend to do. Now let's go get lunch. Little did Emily and Carly know but someone was hiding in some bushes and listening to their conversation.
Sonny, Lucky, and Nikolas waited for almost an hour at The Grille for Carly and Emily when they finally got there. All three men got up and seated Emily and Carly who were both grinning about something.
Sonny:(sitting down next to Carly) OK we give. What happend at the Clinic?
Emily: Well they did a pregnancy test before they gave me the morning after pill. And I'm not pregnant. So that's what we were grinning about.
Lucky: That's good to hear.(under his breath) Thank God she's not having the SOB's baby.
Nikolas: I'm just glad that everything is OK. And Sonny, Lucky and I are going to go and talk to Juan after lunch.
Carly: Well actually Nikky Emily and I think it best if her and I talk to Juan. That way Emily can tell her what she thinks of him herself.
Sonny:(looking at Emily) Emily are you sure that you don't want us to talk to him for you.
Emily: Yeah Sonny I'm sure. Carly and I are going to go over and talk to him that way he can see the pain that he caused me.
Sonny: Alright. Well let's eat lunch then.
Emily, Carly, Lucky, Nikolas: OK.
Carly and Emily left Michael with Sonny, Lucky and Nikolas. Carly's not sure weather or not Emily can kill Juan. Carly sees Emily as that same sweet little girl that was protecting her brother a few short months ago.
Carly: Emily are you sure that you want to kill Juan.
Emily: Yes I'm sure. Because then maybe I can have a little of what he took away from me back. I want him to suffer.(looking at Carly) But if you don't want to come with me then you don't have to.
Carly:(placing her arms around Emily) If I'm not there with you then who are you going to get to watch the door. Huh?
Emily:(laughing) I guess you're right. Now come on I know that he's at L&B right now.
Ned: Juan why are you late this time?
Juan: (Lieing)Because yesterday Emly and I broke up. And I was just a little upset.
Ned: Well you can not let your personal life interfere with your professional life. Understand that?
Juan: Yeah I do. And Ned I am sorry for being late.
Ned: It's alright.(looks at his watch) OK I have to go and meet with some new clients so I will talk to you later.(walks out the door)
Juan:(phone rings) Hello? No I'm sorry you just missed him....yes I can tell you called....yes OK thank you....Goodbye.(hangs up phone) Oh I forgot to get a name.
Emily:(walking in the door) Oh Juan you know who just called you.
Juan: Emily what are you doing here?
Emily: Well you see Juan you hurt me.(pulls out a gun from her purse) Now I have to hurt you.
Juan: Emily you can't do that. People won't like it if I'm dead.
Emily:(laughs) Oh like who? Sonny? No he won't because this is HIS gun. Allison? Oh she will miss her little F*** buddy. But other then that tramp NO ONE will miss you.(Emily fires the gun) Now I feel so much better then what I did.
Carly:(popping her head in the door) Emily hurry up I can hear someone coming.
Emily: OK I'm done here. Let's go home.(walks out the door.)
Emily walks into her bedroom. She puts her stuff down at the end of her bed. Emily walks over to the mirror and sees something she didn't want to see. A rape victim who had killed her rapist. Emily went and sat on her bed and started to cry. Thinking out loud "Why did I kill Juan? What made me do it? Oh that's right I did it because he raped me. The only question is What if someone finds out that it was me that killed Juan."
Deciding not to think about it anymore Emily changed and climbed in bed. After sleeping for an hour Emily can hear Juan's voice as he says ' Emily time for you to get up and go home. And for you to try and wash away what happened here.' Emily wakes up screaming, only to find Lucky sitting by her bed watching her sleep. Emily just looks at him for a moment and then smiles. Lucky smiles back at the woman he loves.
Emily: So Lucky what are you doing here?
Lucky: I wanted to see how you were doing.
Emily: Well I'm doing OK. Carly and I had a long talk after we left The Grille.
Lucky: Emily I know that's not true.
Emily: What you're calling me a liar?
Lucky: Yes, because Em I followed you and Carly and you went right to L&B. When Carly heard someone coming it was me she heard. If I wasn't there someone else might have seen you. I tried to get in and save Juan but it was too late. Em you shot him in the heart.
Emily: Good I'm happy I killed him Lucky.
Lucky: No Emily you're not. You're upset that you killed him. You don't know what's going to happen now.
Emily: Nothing is going to happen. I will never be a suspect. Remember Lucky I'm to sweet and innocent I only see killings I never kill.
Carly takes Michael upstairs to put him in bed. Sonny was about to follow when Johnny said that Taggert was there. So Sonny went to deal with Taggert and see what he wanted this time.
Sonny: Send him in.(Taggert walks in) What have I done this time Taggert?
Taggert: This time it has nothing to do with you. We got an anemones phone call at the station tonight saying that he or she heard shooting from L&B and when we got there Juan was laying in a pool of blood. Someone shot him in the heart. Juan's dead.(Carly comes down the stairs to hear that last part of what Taggert said.)
Carly:(acting shocked) Did you just say that Juan was dead?
Taggert:(turning around to look at Carly) Yes I did. You wouldn't by any chance know anything, would you?
Carly: No. I didn't know that anyone wanted him dead. Do have any leads on who did it?
Taggert: No we don't. But I need to talk to Emily to see if maybe she might know of someone who wanted Juan dead.
Sonny:(grew very pale.) Are you going over tonight or what until tomorrow?
Taggert:(looking at his watch)I'm going to wait because she's probably in bed. Well I think that I had better get back to the station to see if anything came in about Juans killing. Goodnight Sonny, and Goodnight Carly.
Sonny and Carly: Goodnight.
Carly: I wonder who killed Juan.
Sonny: Cut the crap Carly you and I both stood right here in this livingroom and heard Emily say that she wanted Juan dead. And now he is. Carly after you two left The Grille did you go to L&B?
Carly: Sonny we had to do it. Emily was so afraid that if she didn't stop Juan he might do it again. And Emily didn't want that. So we went over there and Emily killed him. But Sonny it's up to you and me to protect her from Taggert and anyone else who can use this info. to put Emily away or blackmail her.
Sonny: I guess your right. Emily might be strong but I don't know if she can handle the fact that she killed someone. But Carly I'm only doing this to protect Emily. I wouldn't be doing this for anyone other then her. Now let's go put Michael to bed.(puts his arm around Carly)
Carly:(smiling) OK let's go put our little boy to bed.
With that said Carly and Sonny go up and put Michael in bed. But what they didn't know is that Johnny has heard the whole conversation.
The next morning when Emily woke up she was feeling better, but not much. She thinks about what she had done last night. Emily remembers that she killed Juan and that any minute now either Sonny or Taggert were going to be over asking her all kinds of questions. So Emily gets up showers and gets dressed and heads to the one place that she knows no one can find her. She's going to see Nikolas and stay with him. But Emily's just hoping that Lucky hadn't told Nikolas what she has done.
Lucky: I don't know if I can keep what Emily did a secret. Nikolas she killed a man.
Nikolas: Yea I know I still can't believe it myself. Sweet innocent little Emily killed someone. How do you think she's doing?
Lucky: Well she seemed to be OK last night. So I'm hoping that she's still OK today. Because if she's not then she might creak and tell everyone what she did. We can't let her do that.
Nikolas: You're right. We have to protect Emily no matter what we have to do. Emily is the most important thing in our lifes.
Lucky: Man, when you're right you're right.
Nikolas: I'm going to make some breakfeast I have a funny little feeling that Emily is going to stop by.
Lucky: And I'm going to go and get dressed since SOMEONE had to know if I knew anything about Juan's shooting.(walks upstairs)
Emily's walking through the park when she sees Liz and Allison talking. Emily decides to hide and listen to what they are talking about.
Allison: I just can't wait to see Juan today. He says that he has something very important he wants to ask me. I think he's going to ask me to marry him.
Liz: I wouldn't count on it. I saw the news this morning. Somone killed Juan last night.
Allison: WHAT? NO LIZ YOUR LIEING JUAN IS ALIVE AND IS WAITING AT KELLY'S FOR ME!
Liz: I wish I was lieing but I'm not.(hugs Allison) I'm so sorry that you lost the man you love. I know how that feels.
Emily:(coming from behind the bushes) Liz why does EVERYTHING that happens some how get turned in to some 'trauma' that you have gone through. But Liz the world DOESN'T revolve around you.(turning to Allison) I'm sorry that you lost Juan. If there is anything at all I can do just let me know. OK?
Allison: Can you bring Juan back to me?
Emily: No I can't. But I wish I could. I'm so sorry.(looking at her watch) But I'm late for a breakfeast date so I will talk to you later Allison. And if you need any help with the funeral let me know.
Allison: Thank you Emily. That means so much to me.(hugs Emily like they are best friends)
Emily is sitting on the steps to Nikolas' cottage. Had she just told Allison that she would help plan the funeral of the man she just killed not even 12 hours ago. Suddenly the front door opens.
Nikolas: Emily when did you get here?
Emily: About a half hour ago. I just needed to think.(turning to look at Nikolas) I saw Allison today. She said that someone killed Juan.
Nikolas: I know Emily. Lucky told me. But don't worry this is just going to stay between the three of us.
Emily:(staring into space) Not three. Five.
Nikolas: Who are the other two Emily?
Emily: Sonny and Carly. Carly was there with me last night. She was outside the door watching to make sure no one came in and found me there.
Nikolas: Well we have nothing to worry about Sonny and Carly will both protect you with their lives.
Emily:(turning to Nikolas once again) What if I don't want to be protected? What if I want people to know what I did?
Nikolas: You don't mean that. Do you?
Emily: I don't know. I mean maybe I do. But I don't think I do. And I do know that Carly and Sonny will do anything to protect me.
Lucky:(listening to the whole conversation) Emily you shouldn't have put Sonny or Carly in the position to protect you. Emily they could get into some serious trouble because of what you did.
Emily:(looking at Lucky and getting mad) DON'T YOU THINK THAT I KNOW THAT. DON'T YOU THINK THAT I THOUGHT ABOUT WHAT I WAS DOING BEFORE I DID IT. LUCKY I THOUGHT ABOUT ALL THAT. AND I RELIEZED I DIDN'T CARE. HE HURT ME AND NOW HE'S DEAD. AND I'M GLAD HE'S DEAD.
Taggert:(coming up the walk) You're glad that who's dead Ms. Quatermaine?
Emily: You really want to know Taggert?
Taggert: Yes I do.
Emily: I'm glad that Juan's dead.(starting to lie) He broke up with me to go out with Allison. That hurt me a lot. And I'm glad he's dead. That way he can't hurt Allison like he hurt me.
Taggert: So you're glad he's dead so he can't hurt Allison.(Emily nodds) OK so someone you love(Emily laughs) OK someone you THOUGHT you loved is dead and you're happy. Ms. Quartermaine I think you spend far to much time(pointing at Nikolas and Lucky) with these two.
Emily:(putting her arms around them) I don't think I could stay away from them. I think that's why Juan and I broke up too. He was jealous of Nikolas and Lucky.
Taggert: Well I think that I need to stop and have a chat with Allison then.(walking away.) Goodbye. I just hope that Allison didn't kill Juan because he loved you.
Emily:(turning to face Lucky and Nikolas) Now you see that wasn't so hard.(looking at Lucky) And I told you that people don't think of me as a suspect because I'm to sweet and innocent. Now let's go have that breakfast I'm hungry.(walks into the house)
Lucky:(looking at Nikolas) We have a BIG problem. Emily doesn't think that she did anything wrong. And how do we get her to think she did.
Nikolas: I don't know. But let's not keep her waiting.(walks into the house to join Emily)
Lucky:(to himself) I just hope that I can help Emily when she realizes what she did was wrong.
Emily:(from inside the house) Lucky your food is getting cold. Now hurry up.
Lucky: I'm coming.(walks inside to have a nice breakfast with the woman he loves and his brother.)
Lucky and Emily are walking through the park when they hear Liz and some guy talking.They stop an listen.
Liz: I'm telling you it was not my fault that Emily didn't kill Juan. I told him what he had to do. He did. Juan raped Emily. BUT she of course did what she always does NOTHING.
Guy: You should have made sure that she did kill him. Now there is no way in hell that I'm going to get to play hero and save her from the cops.
Suddenly Emily realizes who it is. It was her old friend Brad from Arizona. But she couldn't understand why he wanted someone to hurt her. Or how he knew Liz. She decided to listen to more to see if she could find out.
Liz: Listen I got Juan to rape Emily. It's not my fault that she wasn't mad enough to kill. She's just not the type to kill I guess.
Brad:(smiling and laughing) You don't know Emily like I do. Because when she was 10 years old she saw her father beat her mother. Well needless to say the next morning her father was missing. And when they found him a week later he had been beaten to death with a shovel. So you see Emily does have what it takes to kill someone.
Liz: I had no idea. I thought that Emily was a sweet person who couldn't harm a fly. But looks like I was wrong. But I guess looks can be deceiving.
Brad:(smiling) You have no idea of what little Miss Emily can do when she gets mad enough. But I better get out of here before someone overhears us or sees us and starts questioning you.(leaves)
Emily:(whispering) I just hope that Lucky doesn't think that I'm a horribly person because of my past.(turning to Lucky) Lucky do you hate me now that you know that I killed my father?
Lucky:(hugging Emily) No, I could never hate you. You only did it because he beat your mother. I couldn't hate anyone for protecting their family. But let's get out of here and go tell Sonny that Juan didn't do this on his own. OK?
Emily: OK. But Lucky there's something else you should know. It's that...
Sonny is sitting on the couch when Carly comes down stairs caring Michael.
Carly: I think someone wanted their Uncle Sonny.
Sonny:(a worried look crossed his face) Well here I am.(taking Michael) Well what do you two want to do today?
Johnny: Mr. Corinthos, Ms. Quatermaine is here to see you.
Sonny: Send her in.(looks at Carly) Why don't you take Michael over to see Bobbie?
Carly:(nodding) OK. (walking past Emily) I'll talk to you later Emily. Because there is a lot we have to talk about.
Emily: Sonny we have a problem. Juan didn't mean to rape me. An old friend of mine from Arizona some how could Juan to do it.
Sonny: No one is going to plot to hurt my niece.
Emily: Uncle Sonny no one is going to hurt me as long as I have you in my life.(hugs Sonny) I mean after all you're my only blood relative left.
Sonny: I know that feeling sweetie.(hugs Emily and smiles) Family has to stick together. And that's just what we are going to do.(looks her in the eye) You understand that?
Emily:(smiling at her Uncle) Yes I do understand.
Sonny was in the kitchen making some lunch. Emily sat at the table looking out the window. Emily's mind racing of what happened to her just a few short days ago...
Emily: Juan that's not what I meant. I mean YES I do want to make love to you but not here. I want it to be on a bed of rose peddles with candles lighting the whole room. Not some place like this.(Emily turns to leave)
Juan:(grabbing her arm)Your not going anywhere. I want to have you today right here. Not somewhere else.
Emily: Juan are you saying that if I don't sleep with you that your going to(takes a deep breath) rape me?
Juan:(laughs coldy) Yes that's what I'm saying.(Brings back his hand and hits Emily, causing her to fall back on to the bed)
Emily:(crying) Juan please don't do this to me. I mean I thought that you loved me. Because Juan if this is how you prove that you love me then I must say that Lucky was right you don't love me and never will.
Juan: OH IT'S ALWAYS ABOUT LUCKY. EMILY WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO RELIEZE THAT HE DOESN'T LOVE YOU. HE COULD NEVER LOVE YOU, AT LEAST NOT THE WAY I DO.(Starts to undo his pants.)
Emily: Juan please I'm begging you don't do this. Things will never be the same if you do.
Juan: I don't care if things are ever the same again. Because all I ever wanted from you was sex. And I'm about to get that right now.(Juan lays on Emily and starts taking her clothes off and kissing her body.)
Emily:(silently prays that Lucky can hear her thoughts and come save her before it's too late.)
Juan:(Shaking Emily) Emily time for you to get up and go home. And for you to try and wash away what happened here.
Emily got a cold chill up her back thinking about that day. She then started thinking about what she did to Juan.

Sonny:(coming out of the kitchen) Because they hurt you and you wanted them to pay for the pain they caused you.
Emily: You think so.
Sonny: Yes, I do. If your father hadn't beat your mother you wouldn't have killed him. If Juan hadn't raped you you wouldn't have killed him. So you see the only reason you kill is because you got hurt beyond belief.
Just then Johnny walked in the door. "Johnny, I have something to tell the two of you."
Lucky was looking for that boy in the park. He had heard some pretty bad things about the people he loves but never that they killed someone when they were so young. He wanted to find out the truth. Lucky wanted to know something from Emily's past and he was about to do it when he was hit on the back of the head with a piece of loose broad from a park bench. Lucky lay there out cold.
Lucky lay out cold on the ground. A dark figure watched over as Lucky lay there barely breathing. The figure then heard foot-stepps and decided to hide and see who it was. Brad was on his way to see Liz when he saw Lucky laying there. He started laughing.
Brad: Liz I know you are here somewhere. Come out, Come out where ever you are.
Liz: How did you know it was me?
Brad:(smiling) Because you're the only one who would do something like this.
Liz: How do you know it wasn't Emily?
Brad: Because Emily loves Lucky and wouldn't do anything to hurt him no matter how badly he hurt her.
Liz: How do you know that?
Brad: Because Emily once felt the same way about me.
Liz: But your like what four years older than her?
Brad: Yes, I am. But it didn't mean anything to Emily she loved me anyways. And I hurt her so many times but because she loved me she didn't care. All that she wanted was us to be together.
Liz: What happened?
Brad: I guess that Emily thought that it was time for her and I to just go back to being friends. But I never stopped loving her. Emily is the only person I want to be with. No one else can ever replace her in my heart. So when I found out that she was dating someone else I had to make sure that he hurt her somehow. So that I could call her a few days after it happened. And then I would tell her that I would come and be with her. Then she would see that I still love her and then she would realize that she's still in love with me. But NO she has to fall in love with this bum.(kicks Lucky in the ribs)
Sonny: Well Johnny what is it?
Johnny: well Mr. Corinthos I'm sorry to say this but in the past few days I have heard everything that has been going on in Ms. Quatermaine's life. But I promise you that I will tell no one. I only wanted to tell you that I know and it goes no father than this door.(walks towards the door)
Emily: Johnny wait! (waks over to him) I glad that you won't tell anyone about what I did. It means alot to me.(hugs Johnny) Thank you so much.
Johnny: Not a problem Ms. Quatermaine.
Emily: Please call me Em all my friends do. And as far as I'm concered you're one of my best friends.
Johnny:(smiling) Okay M.....Em. I'll go back to my post now.(walks out the door)
Emily(turning to Sonny) You think that we should tell Carly that you're my Uncle?
Sonny: No, we shouldn't tell anyone. At least not for the time being.
Emily: OK Uncle Sonny.(hugs Sonny) OK well I'm going to go and talk to Lucky. So I will talk to you later. Bye.(kisses him on the cheek)
Sonny: Bye sweetie.
Emily is walking through the park thinking about what's been going on the past few days. She just can't shake the feeling that Brad as to have some kind of reason for wanting Juan to rape her. But she couldn't figure out why. Then Emily heard someone moan. So Emily went in that direction.
Emily: Lucky?
Lucky: OOOOOOOH.
Emily: OH MY G*D! LUCKY ARE YOU ALRIGHT?
Lucky: Yes, just stop yelling. Please?
Emily: Oh Lucky I'm sorry. Do you know who did this to you?
Lucky: No I don't. But I wish I did.
Emily: Let's get you to the hospital to make sure that you are OK.
Lucky: Fine. But I'm only going because you want me to.
Emily: That's good enough for me.(helping Lucky up) Let's go.
They leave and head towards the hopital with someone following them the whole way there.
Emily was gald that she got the doctors to let Lucky go home and sleep. Emily was sitting in a chair watching him sleep. She was glad that Lucky was OK. All she wanted was for Lucky to be OK. She loved Lucky more then anything. Emily then thought back to her time with Brad.
Emily: Brad I'm finally happy. Thank you for taking me out tonight.
Brad: Well sweetie your father did just die. And I don't want you thinking about that right now. So I'm taking you out to dinner. I mean that is if you don't mind.
Emily:(smiling) I'm so lucky to have you. I don't know what I would be doing if it wasn't for you right now.
Brad:(leaning in) I'm glad that you think your lucky. But I'm the lucky one. Because I have the prettiest girl in town out on a date with me. Not only on a date, but as my girlfriend.(kisses Emily on the nose)
Emily:(giggling) Brad you're so sweet to me. I mean whenever I have needed you you were there for me. I don't think that I could love anyone more then I love you right now.
Brad: Emily I love you too. And I want to spent the rest of my life with you.
Emily:(blushing) Brad you're just to good to be true. And you've always been there for me. You're not only my best friend, but you're the love of my life.(pulls Brad in for a long passionate kiss)
Brad:(pulling back) Emily sweetie, let's not rush things. I want to take it slowly. You and I have the rest of our lives to spend kissing and whatever else there is we can do. OK?
Emily: OK. I love you Brad.
Brad: I love you too Emily.
Lucky started turning and calling out for Emily. So she ran over to be with him.
Emily:(shaking Lucky) Lucky come on. Wake up. Lucky come on sweetie wake up.
Lucky:(shots straight up sweating) Oh Em it was awful. I had a dream that you were killed. I don't know how just that I was walking along the docks and you were there in a pool of blood.(pulls her into a fierce embrace)
Emily: Lucky honey, it was only a dream I'm right here. And I don't plan on letting anyone or anything stop us from being happy.
Lucky:(pulling back) Em, what are you talking about?
Emily: Nothing Lucky. It's just that I want you and I to be happy together. And I want NO ONE messing that up. I'm not going to let anyone break us apart.(under her breath) Even if I have to kill to be happy with you.
Lucky: What was that?
Emily:(smiling) I just said that I love you Lucky.
Lucky: I love you too Emily.(they kiss)
Carly: Sonny are you saying that Johnny heard everything. And knows that Emily killed Juan. Then how do we know that he doesn't know other things out our lives. And Emily's or anyone elses that walks in the door.
Sonny: Carly, Johnny will not say anything to anyone. But there is something that you should know.
Carly: What's that?
Sonny: That someone here in town is my niece.
Carly: Who?
Sonny: To be honest, Emily.
Carly: EMILY?
Sonny: Yes, Emily is my niece. Her father was my brother. And I promised him at his funeral that I would always protect her. That's also the main reason that Emily and her mother came to Port Charles. Was because I was here. And they knew that I would do anything for her.
Carly: I think that I need to go lay down.(walks up the stairs.)
Nikolas is about to pick up the phone to call Emily and tell her what he heard. When there was a knock on the front door. When he opened the door he had to smile.
Nikolas: Emily, talk about intuition I was just about to call you.
Emily: Really? What for?
Nikolas: I need to tell you something.
Emily: What is it Nikky.
Nikolas: Well don't call me Nikky and I heard Liz and some guy talking. Emily that guy whoever he is had Juan rape you.
Emily: Nikolas I know. That's an old friend of mine.
Nikolas: If he was your friend then why did he do it?
Emily: Because Nikolas we were more than friends. We thought that we loved each other. But we broke up and I moved on. And well he didn't move on. He still thinks that him and I can be together.
Nikolas: Well what do you plan on doing with him?
Emily: I need to talk to him. And make sure that he doesn't go after Lucky. Because if he knew about Juan he'll know about Lucky.(under her breath) And make sure he doesn't say anything about my past.
Nikolas: If you need any help at all. Just let me know.
Emily: Thanks Nikolas. It means a lot to know I have friends to help me.(hugs Nikolas)
Nikolas: That's what I'm here for. To help my friends any way I can.
Emily: OK, well I should be going. I need to find Brad and talk to him. So I will talk to you later.(turns to leave) Oh and you, Lucky and me have to get together soon and have dinner or something together.
Nikolas: That we will. Bye Em.
Emily: Bye Nikky.
Nikolas: Oh don't call me...nevermind.
Brad and Liz are talking when Emily and Lucky walk in the door.
Emily:(acting shocked) Brad? What are you doing here?
Brad: Well I came here to try and find you. And this girl was helping me.(hugs Emily)
Emily: Well it's good to see you Brad. So what is it that you wanted to talk to me about?
Brad: I came back to tell you that I still love you and that I'm not going anywhere untill you realize that.
Lucky: Then you will be waiting a long time buddy.
Brad: And who the hell are you?
Lucky: I'm Emily's boyfriend.
Brad: Emily you broke my heart to be with this guy?
Emily: I'm not the one who cheated Brad. You are. And I'm finally happy. There's nothing you can do to make me unhappy.
Brad:(smiling) Wanna bet?
Emily: You wouldn't?
Brad: I think I would. And you know it too.
Emily:(pulling Brad outside) You tell anyone what you know and that will be the LAST thing you tell anybody. Get me?
Brad: Are you threating me Emily
Emily: No I'm making you a promise. Now leave. Or you will be dead.
Brad: Fine I'll go. But you haven't heard the last of me.(leaves)
Carly is coming down the stairs with Michael. Carly sees Sonny looking at some papers. She doesn't say anything, just takes Michael over to Sonny.
Carly: Somebody wanted to see you.
Sonny: Oh hey little buddy. What's the matter? Did mommy wake you up just to make sure that I wasn't working or thinking to much.
Carly: I would never do anything like that. Have you talked to Emily today?
Sonny: Yeah, she was here about an hour before you came home. Why?
Carly: I was just asking. Because I was thinking that she and Lucky would like to come to dinner tonight.
Sonny: Well call her and ask.
Carly: OK I will.(walks over to the phone and dials Lucky's number)
Lucky: Hello?
Carly: Lucky it's Carly. Sonny and I wanted to know if you and Emily would like to come over for dinner tonight.
Lucky: Well I'll have to talk to Emily.(Emily then walks in the door) Speak of the devil.
Emily: What?
Lucky: Carly wants to know if we would like to come over for dinner tonight.
Emily: Oh. Let me talk to Carly.
Lucky: OK(hands the phone to Emily)
Emily: Carly?
Carly: Oh hi Emily. When did you get there?
Emily: A few seconds ago. And Carly we would love to come over to dinner tonight. What time?
Carly: Is 7:30 OK with you?
Emily: Perfect. See you then. Bye(hang up the phone)
Carly:(turning around to look at Sonny) They're coming. Now what are we going to have?
Sonny: Well how about I make some lasagna.
Carly: Sounds good to me.
Sonny: I'll get started on it then.(gives Michael to Carly)
Carly: You're going to see your Aunt Emily and Uncle Lucky tonight. Think you can stay up that late.
Michael:(smiles and nods)
Carly: OK then let's get you cleaned up.(walks upstairs)
Emily is sitting on Lucky's bed watching him get dressed. He was having a hard time getting dressed. Emily couldn't help but to laugh at Lucky. She didn't mean to.
Lucky: Could you stop laughing at me please.
Emily:(trying to stop) Oh Lucky I'm sorry. It's just funny watching you try to tie that tie. I'm sorry.
Lucky:(turning to face her) Can you help me?
Emily:(getting off the bed) Sure I can help you.(ties his tie for him) See there's nothing to it.
Lucky: Oh shut up.
Emily:(wraping her arms around Lucky's neck) You know I would tie your tie when we're 90. There's nothing I wouldn't do for you.
Lucky: It's nice to hear about our future.
Emily: Well I'm always going to focus on the future. Not the past.
Lucky: OK. Well it's 7 we should get going.
Emily: You're right. Let's go.(stoping just before the door and turning to face Lucky) I love you Lucky.
Lucky: I love you too Emily. Now let's go. So we can get back.(opens the door)
Emily: OK(walks out the door)
Emily and Lucky were standing outside of the elevator.
Lucky: Emily are you sure you're up to this?
Emily: Yes, Lucky I'm up to this. Because I need to tell Carly and you something very important.
Lucky: You couldn't just tell me at home.
Emily: NO, I couldn't. Because Carly needs to know too.
Lucky: Alright. Let's go in.(they walk towards the door.)
Johnny:(smiling) Good evening Emily, Mr. Spencer.
Lucky: You can call me Lucky.
Johnny: Alright. Lucky.(opens door) Mr. Corinthos Emily and Lucky are here.
Sonny: Send them in.(Emily and Lucky walk in)
Carly: Hey guys.
Lucky: Hi Carly.(looking over at Sonny) Hi Sonny.
Sonny: Lucky.
Emily: OK.(looks at Carly) I have something to tell you and Lucky. So we talk before dinner.
Sonny: Emily, Carly already knows. But you do need to tell Lucky. You can use one of the rooms upstairs if you would like.
Emily: No, I need the support of those who know. Please stay?
Carly and Sonny: OK
Sonny: Let's go sit down.(the four walk and sit down)
Emily: OK, look Lucky the only reason that Sonny and I are so conneted is because well Sonny was my father's brother. He's my uncle Lucky.
Lucky: Sonny is your Uncle?
Emily: Yes, Lucky Sonny is my uncle.
Lucky: That's why you wanted to come over to dinner tonight.
Emily: Yes.
Carly: OK, well why don't we go sit down and eat. Sonny what did you make again?
Sonny: I made lasagna.
Emily: Oh my fav.
Sonny: I know. That's why I made it.
Nikolas is looking over some papers that was sent over to him. He doesn't know who sent them just that on the front of the envelope said "IMPORTANT: READ AS SOON AS POSSIBLE", so he read. As Nikolas was reading he came across a picture. It was a pitcure of a little girl with blood on her hands. The more he looked at the picture the more he realized that he knew that girl. That little girl was his best friend. Emily. Nikolas sat there shocked. He couldn' understand why someone had sent him a picture of Emily as a little girl with blood on her hands. It must have been a fake. Because his friend couldn't kill anyone. Not then and not now. Or was he wrong?
Emily: Well Uncle Sonny that was a great dinner. Thank you.(hugs her Uncle)
Sonny: Oh you're welcome sweetie.
Lucky: Well I hate to eat and run but I have to get Emily home soon.
Carly: Lucky no need to explain. We do know the Quatermaines and their ways. So you go and take Emily home. That way I can steal Emily tomorrow for a one day spa therapy.(turning to Emily) How does that sound?
Emily: Sounds wonderful. I can't wait. So Carly I'll see you tomorrow and Uncle Sonny I'll try and come by.
Sonny: You don't have to. Just call and let me know that you're alright.
Emily: OK I will.(grabes Lucky's hand) OK goodnight you guys.
Sonny and Carly: Goodnight.
Emily: Now that wasn't so bad was it?
Lucky: No it wasn't.
Emily: I hate to say I told you so...
Lucky:(cutting in) Then don't.
Emily: Ok.(turning to Johnny) Goodnight Johnny. Johnny: Goodnight Emily.(turning to Lucky) Goodnight Lucky.
Lucky: Goodnight Johnny(walks over to the elevator and walks inside) Emily are you coming?
Emily: Yea, I'm coming.(walks into the elevator)
Emily is walking home after talking with Lucky. It was around 11:30 when she left. She didn't know what time it was now. She just knew that it was past 12. Then all of a sudden someone grabbed her from behind.
Brad: Emily don't scream. It's only me.
Emily: Brad?
Brad: Yes.
Emily: What the hell do you want?
Brad: I wanted to talk to you about us.
Emily: There is NO us. I'm in love with Lucky. And I realized that I never really loved you. I mean I thought I did. But I didn't. It was just a crush.
Brad: Well Emily I was in love. And I still am. I'm not going to stop until I get what I want. And what I want is you.
Emily: Well you can't have me.(turns to leave)
Brad:(watching Emily leave) Oh Emily that's were you're wrong. I will have you. And no one can stop me.
Nikolas is sleeping on the couch. He can't stop dreaming about the picture of Emily with blood on her hands.
Nikolas:(sleepily)I'm coming.(gets up and opens ther door) Emily?
Emily: Yea, I'm sorry for coming over so late.
Nikolas: No it's ok. Please come in.(moves to the side)
Emily:(walking in) I got your message.
Nikolas: Why didn't you just come by tomorrow?
Emily: Because I just checked my messages on my cell. What was so important?
Nikolas: Well I got something disturbing in the mail today.
Emily: What was it?
Nikolas:(handing her the picture) This.
Emily: OH MY G*D. Where did you get this?
Nikolas: I don't know. I just got it in the mail.
Emily: I see.
Nikolas: But don't worry Em, someone probably just doctored that pic.
Emily:(in a whisper) No one doctored this.
Nikolas:(shocked) What?
Emily: I said that no one could have doctored this. It looks so real.
Nikolas: But Emily. You couldn't be in that picture. Because Emily when have you ever had blood on your hands?
Emily:(lieing) I haven't. But it looks so real. Like it could have happened.
Nikolas:(wraping his arms around her) But you're too sweet to ever kill.
Emily: You know when you're right you're right.(turns around) But it is late, and I woke you up. I'm going to go.
Nikolas: I'll drive you.
Emily: No. Just give me your car keys and I'll bring your car back tommorw.
Nikolas: OK, just don't hit anything.
Emily: I won't. I pormise.
Nikolas:(gives her the keys) Here. Be careful and goodnight.
Emily: I will and goodnight Nikolas.(walks out the door)
She gets in the car and starts to drive home. Emily turns the radio on and her and Lucky's song came on. And she turned it up.

As the song ended Emily pulled into the driveway smiling. Emily walks in the front door and heads up the stairs thinking about Lucky. But those thought soon faded when she walked in her room and saw the picture Nikolas had just shown her.
Emily just stared at that picture. It was like the past was haunting her. She looked at her bed the picture was there too. She ran into the bathroom the picture was on the mirror. She looked in the bath tub the picture was there too. She just couldn't look somewhere with out seeing that picture. Emily ran out of her bathroom then out of her room. She ran until she hit the top of the stairs and then just stopped. She didn't know where to go. One name poped up in her mind 'Brad'. If only she knew where he was staying. Then she remembered.
The moonlight is keeping him awake. Or the fact that he couldn't stop thinking about Emily or that guy from the park. All he could remember hearing was what that guy said about Emily killing her father. Lucky couldn't think about that. His Emily was to sweet and innocent for something like that. Or so he thought.
Emily is running through the park trying to figure out where Brad might be. She couldn't think of anywhere. Then she turned the coner and was on Lucky's street. She stopped as soon as she reliezed where she was. Emily then took a deep breath and walked up the street to his building. Emily slowly walked up the stairs to his apartment. Wanting the climb to take forever. But it didn't. It was over before it even started. She walked down the hall and stopped and stood outside his door for a good 20 minutes. Then she knocked.
KNOCK KNOCKLucky: I'm coming.(opens the door) Hey sweetie. I was just thinking about you.(hugs Emily)
Emily: We need to talk.
Lucky: OK. Let's sit down.(guides her over to the chair)
Emily: Well you remember in the park how that guy said that I killed my father when I was younger.
Lucky: Yeah. What about it?
Emily: Well I did. I did it because I saw him beat my mother. If he hadn't done that I wouldn't have killed him. Please Lucky don't hate me for what I did.
Lucky:(hugging her) I could never hate you. Emily you did what you had to do. And I could only love you more for protecting your mother.(kisses her on the forehead)
Emily:(smiling) And I went and saw Nikolas tonight and someone sent him this picture of me with blood on my hands. And when I got back to my room that same picture was all over my room. And then I ran out.
Lucky: Well you're staying here tonight. I'm not letting you go back to your room alone.
Emily: Thanks. I love you Lucky.
Lucky: I love you too Emily. Now you take the bed and I'll sleep on the floor.
Emily: The bed is big enough for both of us.(joking) As long as you don't try anything.
Lucky: Emily are you sure?(nods) OK. And I promise I will behave.
Emily: OK, can we sleep now?
Lucky: Yeah.(climbs into bed) Goodnight Em.
Emily:(climbing into bed) Goodnight Lucky. I love you.

Emily lay there in Lucky's arms happy as can be. She looks over at the nightstand and it reads 3:30 AM. She knows she needs to get some sleep because tomorrow was Juan's funeral but she just couldn't sleep. She turned sightly so she could look at Lucky while he was sleeping. He looked so handsome in the moonlight she thought. Lucky turned and opened his eyes. He smiled when he saw Emily looking at him.
Lucky: Should you be sleeping?
Emily: Yea, I shoud. But I just can't help it. I mean how am I suppose to speak words of respect for a man who hurt me. I just don't think I can do it.
Lucky:(pulling her close) You can do anything you want. If you want to speak at the funeral you don't have to. No one is going to force you.
Emily: I guess you're right.(yawning) Let's get some sleep.(rolls over and slowly falls asleep)
Lucky:(kisses the back of Emily's head) Goodnight honey.
Emily sat in the front row with Allison. Emily tried not to cry. But couldn't help it. She saw everyone around her crying and she felt guilty for what she had done and just started crying. As she stood up she felt a wave of emotions played in her heart. She cried all the way up there and it took her a few mintues to stop.
Emily:(wiping her eyes) What's there left to say about Juan Santiago that wasn't already said. Well except that he was a good boyfriend, friend. And was someone who you could count on to do anything you asked.(when she said that she looked right at Liz who looked away) He would always be there in a split second. Juan Santiago was a good man. He will be missed by all.(turning to look at the body) We love you Juan and always will.(goes and sits back down by Allison)
Allison: That was very sweet of you to say Emily. That means alot that you said something on his behalf.(hugs Emily) Thank you so much.
Emily:(hugging back) Your welcome Allison.
Allison:(turning to look at Liz) Why can't you be that good of a friend?
Liz: Allison I am the best friend anyone could ask for.
Allison: No Liz your not. You're the worst friend anyone could ask for.
Emily and Lucky are off in a corner talking with Sonny and Carly.
Sonny: That was very nice of what you did today.
Carly: Yea, it was. You didn't have to speak. But you did. That shows that you're a strong person.
Emily:(hugging Carly) Thank you for saying that. And helping me with my problems.
Carly: Anytime. I mean that's what family is for right?
Emily: You mean?
Carly: No no. Just that you're like my little sister. And you have to protect you're family. Right?
Lucky: Yes, you do.
Emily:(smiling) You do.(hugging Lucky) That's what we all are. Family.
Sonny: Yea, we all are.(the four of them hug)
Liz:(coming up) Well doesn't this look cozy.
Emily:(coldly) What do you want?
Liz: I only want to talk.
Emily: Well I have nothing to talk to you about.(looking at Lucky) Do you?
Lucky: No I don't.(looking at Carly) Do you?
Carly: No. (looking at Sonny) Do you?
Sonny: No.
Emily:(smiling) You see none of us want to talk to you. So go away.
Liz: I will talk to you later Emily. Because you and I have alot to talk about.(turns and leaves)
Emily: That litte b*tch. I hope I never talk to her again.
Carly: We all do Emily. We all do.
Emily:(looks arond the room) Oh there's Allison. I'll be right back.(leaves to talk to Allison) Allison?
Allison:(turning around) Hi Emily. Is everything OK?
Emily: I just wanted to see if there is anything I can do for you.
Allison: No. There's not. But thanks for offering though. It's more then what Liz is doing.
Emily: What is she not doing?
Allison: She's not offering her support like you. She's just making people angry.
Emily: Well I'll let you get back to your guests. And if there's anything I can do let me know.
Allison: I will. Thanks.
Emily: Anytime.(turns and walks away)
Brad is walking through the park thinking about what Emily had told him the other day. How she would kill him if he didn't keep quit. He knew that Emily was serious. Emily never said anything that she didn't mean. At one point he remembers how much he loved her. And how much she loved him. He just couldn't stop loving her even though she loved someone else. He just had to think of another way to get her back.
Liz:(coming from behind) Penny for your thoughts.
Brad: Not now Liz. I'm not in the mood for your bullsh*t. So just leave me alone.
Liz: Oh fine. I'll go.(turns and leaves)
Brad:(thinking to himself) Find a way to get her out of my life.
So Brad goes and sits on a bench thinking about a time when he and Emily where happy.
Emily: Brad I'm finally happy. Thank you for taking me out tonight.
Brad: Well sweetie your father did just die. And I don't want you thinking about that right now. So I'm taking you out to dinner. I mean that is if you don't mind.
Emily:(smiling) I'm so lucky to have you. I don't know what I would be doing if it wasn't for you right now.
Brad:(leaning in) I'm glad that you think your lucky. But I'm the lucky one. Because I have the prettiest girl in town out on a date with me. Not only on a date, but as my girlfriend.(kisses Emily on the nose)
Emily:(giggling) Brad you're so sweet to me. I mean whenever I have needed you you were there for me. I don't think that I could love anyone more then I love you right now.
Brad: Emily I love you too. And I want to spent the rest of my life with you.
Emily:(blushing) Brad you're just to good to be true. And you've always been there for me. You're not only my best friend, but you're the love of my life.(pulls Brad in for a long passionate kiss)
Brad:(pulling back) Emily sweetie, let's not rush things. I want to take it slowly. You and I have the rest of our lives to spend kissing and whatever else their is we can do. OK?

He smiled at that thought. He and Emily were so happy. He couldn't think of another time they were happier.
Emily is sitting in a chair waiting for Lucky to come out of the bathroom.
Lucky:(kissing her neck) How are you feeling?
Emily: I'm OK. Things could have gone a lot worse today. But it all worked out in the end.
Lucky: Yeah it did. You want to go and get something to eat?
Emily: I having dinner with my grandmother. Do you want to come?
Lucky: OK. I'll go with you.
Emily: Good. Well I need to go and change. Dinner is at The Grille at 8. See you then.(kisses him on the nose) See you soon.
Lucky: Bye(watches Emily leave.)
Emily and Lila are sitting there talking when Lucky comes up.
Lucky:(looking at Lila) Good evening Mrs. Quatermaine.(kisses her hand)
Lila: Lucky please call me Lila. Sit down.
Lucky:(smiling) You look beautiful tonight Emily.
Emily:(blushing) Thank you. You don't look so bad yourself.
Lila: Ah. Young love. Anit it grand?
Emily and Lucky: Yeah.
Lila:(smiling) I'm just glad that Emily found someone who she loves and who loves her back.
Lucky: Well who couldn't love Emily. She's smart, funny, beautiful, strong. And I thank g*d every day that I have her to love. And that I have her love. Emily means everything to me.

Emily and Lucky are walking through the park after their dinner with Lila. Emily is loving just being out with Lucky and holding his hand. She just can't get over all the things Lucky said at dinner.

Emily and Lucky lay there as the sun filled the room. And the scent of vanilla and roses. Lucky looks down at the sleeping Emily in his arms. She's so beautiful to him. He doesn't want this moment to end. But does when someone knocks on the door. Emily shoot straight up. And pulled the covers over her body.
Lucky: I'm coming. Hold on.(opening the door)Jake? What are you doing here?
Jake: Just thought that I would bring you two kids something to eat(walks in and puts the tray on the table) Good day you two.(leaves)

Emily:(laughing) you and your food.
Lucky: Well I'm hungry. But I need to talk to you first.
Emily:(climbing off the bed) What is it Lucky?
Lucky: Sit down please.(guides her over to the nearest chair) Emily I have wanted to ask you this since I found out that you loved me.
Emily: Lucky what is it?
Lucky: Will you marry me?(pulls a black velvet box from under the chair)
Emily:(crying) Yes, Lucky. A thousand times YES!
Lucky:(placing the ring on her finger) I love you Emily.
Emily: I love you too.(looks down at the ring.) It's beautiful.(the ring is small with two diamonds in it. One for her love for him. And one for his love for her.)
Lucky: Well I think we should go tell Sonny and Carly first. What do you think?
Emily: That you're right. Let's get dressed eat and go over.
Lucky: OK.
Emily and Lucky step off the elevator. They are gretted by a warm smile from Johnny. He opens the door and let's them in. Sonny and Carly are eating when they come in.
Emily: Oh, we should have called first.
Carly: No. It's OK. Is something wrong?
Emily:(grinning) No.
Carly: OK I give why is she grinning?
Lucky: Because I asked Emily to marry me and she said yes.
Carly:(hugging Emily) OH I'm so happy for you. Let me see the ring.(shows her the ring) It's beautiful.
Emily: Yea, it is.(turning to Sonny) Uncle Sonny what do you think?
Sonny: As long as you're happy. Are you happy?
Emily:(smiling) Very.
Sonny: Then I'm happy for you.(hugs Emily) And as for you(turning to Lucky) You hurt her I'm going to hurt you. You understand.
Lucky: Yes I do. And I wouldn't hurt Emily for all the money in the world. I love her too much.
Carly: Awwww.(turing to Sonny) Now why can't you say things like that about me?
Sonny: Because I would rather show you how much I love you.
Carly: Oh Sonny, not in front of Emily and Lucky.
Sonny: I'm sorry. You're right.
Emily: JOHNNY!
Johnny:(flying through the door) What happened?
Emily: Lucky and I are engaged.
Johnny: Congrats.(shakes Luckys hand) I'm happy for you.(hugs Emily)
Emily and Lucky: Thanks.
Johnny: I'm going back out to my post.(walks out and shuts the door)
After telling Sonny and Carly that they were engaged, they thought maybe the next people to know should be Lucky's parents. Lucky doesn't really want to tell them. But Emily tells him it's going to go fine and that she's going to be right there beside him the whole way. So Lucky and Emily head over to the Spencer home.
Luke and Laura were sitting on the couch talking when there was a knock on the door.
Luke:(getting up) I'm coming.(opens the door and looks back a Laura) Honey it's Lucky and Emily.
Luara:(smiling) Well let them in Luke.
Luke: I am sweetie.(opens the door wider) Come on in guys.(Emily and Lucky walk in)
Luara:(standing up) It's so good to see the two of you.(hugs Emily)
Emily:(pulling away) We came here to tell you guys something.
Luke:(worried) What's wrong?
Lucky: Nothing is wrong. This is good news.
Luara: Well we love good news. So what is it?
Emily:(taking a deep breath) Well you see...
Lucky:(interrupts) We are engaged.
Laura:(shocked) You're what?
Luke: Honey I think they said that they are engaged.(smiling) And it's about time to.
Emily: You're not upset?
Luke: No.(hugs Emily) We're just glad that Lucky finally wised up.
Emily: Yea, it took us both some time.
Laura: As long as you are both happy. And this is something you want. This is what you want right.
Lucky: Yes mom. Emily and I love each other and want to spend the rest of our lives together. Just like you and dad. I can't think of a time when Emily wasn't a big part of my life.
Luke: Emily I hate to ask this but are you pregnant?
Emily: No I'm not.
Luke: Well then you must really love each other to get married at such a young age.
Emily: We do Mr. Spencer.
Luke: Emily please it's dad from now on. You understand?
Emily: Yes M...dad.
Laura: And you can call me mom.
Emily:(smiling) I can't wait to be apart of this family. You all are so warm and caring and would do anything to protect each other.
Luke: You have been apart of this family for a long time. Just now it's going to be official.
Laura: Have you set a date yet?
Lucky: No, we haven't. We still have to tell the Quatermaine's.
Luke: Good luck son.
Emily: We're going to need all the luck we can get.
Lucky: We should go and tell them. The sooner the better.
Emily: I guess you're right. OK let's go do it.
Luke: Well come back by for lunch you two.
Emily: OK we will.(turing to walk out the door) Goodbye.
Lucky:(following Emily) See you guys soon. Bye.(walks out the door)
Emily and Lucky are waiting the den for her family to come in. When they finally did Lucky whispered something to Emily but she couldn't hear what he had to say.
Lila:(smiling) Oh Lucky dear you're here too.
Lucky: Yes, Lila I am.
Lila: Good.(looking at Emily) Now what was so important.
Emily: OK. Well Lucky and I are engaged.
Edward: WHAT?
Lucky: That's right Mr. Q. I'm going to be family now.
Edward: Over my dead body.
Emily: You have no say over this. Because I have my blood family in town and if you say I can't marry Lucky then you're wrong. Because my uncle will see to it that I am happy.
Monica: Who is your uncle?
Emily: You really want me to tell you.
Alan: Yes.
Emily: Sonny is my uncle.
Edward: That hood is your uncle.
Emily:(smiling) Yes.
Monica: Are you sure?
Emily: Yes, I'm sure. He's my uncle. My father was his brother.
Edward: I don't like the idea that your only blood relative is a hood.
Emily: Well he is. And stop calling him a hood.
Lila:(taking Emily's hand) I give you and Lucky my blessings. Have a happy and loving marriage.(looking at Edward) Will you take me to my room now?
Edward: Of course dear.(takes Lila up to her room)
Emily: Well what do you guys think of my engagement.
Alan: If you're happy I'm happy. Are you happy?
Emily: Very happy.
Alan:(hugging Emily) Then I say have a wonderful marriage. But I have to get to work. Monica are you coming with me?
Monica: Yes.(looking at Lucky) You take care of my little girl. Understand that?
Lucky: Yes I do.
Monica: Good. See you two later.(leaves with Alan)
Emily: That wasn't so hard.
Lucky: No it wasn't.(pulling Emily into his arms) Have I told you how much I love you.
Emily:(smiling) Yes you have. But have I told you how much I love you.
Lucky: You have.(kisses her hair) Let's get going. We have to have lunch with my parents.
Emily:(laughing) It's only 10:30. And we just ate.
Lucky: I know. I just want to go and spend time with my little sister.
Emily: OK. Let's go and see your sister and then eat your food.
Lucky:(smiling) You're the best.
Emily: I know.(walks out the door) Are you coming?
Lucky: I'm right behind you.(follows Emily out the door)
Emily and Laura are sitting on the couch talking while Luke and Lucky are doing something on the computer.
Emily: I just don't get what the big deal about computers is.
Laura: No woman understand what the big deal is with computers. We just know that our men like to play on them. And we have another object to dust.
Emily:(laughing) I guess you're right.
Laura: Of course I'm right. I have raised two boys.
Luke: Hey, no woman you didn't raise me none.
Laura:(rolling her eyes) Right Luke. You just keep telling yourself that.
Luke:(walks over to Laura) Woman why must you tell little Em here all our secrets?
Laura: Because she'll be part of the family soon and has a right to know.
Luke: She already knows almost all the secrets. Let's save some for holiday dinners.
Laura: Alright Luke. I won't say anything else.
Luke:(kissing the top of her head) Thanks darlin'.(walks back over to Lucky)
Lucky: Why must women embarrass us like that?
Luke: Because they love us and want to keep us on our toes or something like that.
Lucky: I think you're right dad.
Luke: I'm glad you think so.
Liz is sitting on Brad's bed waiting for him to finish getting dressed. Which was taking forever she thought.
Brad:(coming out of the bathroom) OK, I'm ready.
Liz: Finally.(walking towards the door) Let's go.
Brad: Don't you want to know what the plan is?
Liz:(turning around) I guess I do. So tell me what is the plan.
Brad: Well you see you are going to ask Lucky to help you at Kelly's for about an hour or so. While I do my best to keep Emily away. That way you can have Lucky and I can have Emily.
Liz: I like the way you think.
Brad: I knew you would.(opening the door) Now let's go.
Liz:(Walking out the door) Let's go.
Emily and Lucky are walking hand in through the park just loving being with each other and no one else. Lucky looked over at Emily and smiled. He was finally happy and with someone he truly loved.
Emily:(looking at Lucky) Why are you looking at me like that?
Lucky:(Smiling) I was just thinking that I am finally happy and in love.
Emily: Me too. I mean I thought that Jaun was the man for me but I was wrong. It was you and I didn't realize until it was to late.
Lucky: As long as you found your way to me. And I found my way to you. That's all that matters. Not the past. Just the present and the future. You and I are going to have a good future.
Emily: I know we will Lucky. It's just sometimes I love you so much is scares me.
Lucky:(placing Emily's hand over is heart) I feel the same way Emily.
Emily: I love you Lucky Spencer.
Lucky: I love you too Emily Bowen-Quatermaine.(Lucky leans in and kisses Emily like theres no tomorrow.)
Liz and Brad watched as Emily and Lucky kissed in the middle of the park.
Later that night Emily and Lucky are sitting in the Spencer home waiting for Luke and Laura to get home so they can leave. They had agreed to watch LuLu for about two hours. Finally after about four hours they came home.
Laura:(coming in the door) Sorry we're late. We were just dancing at the club and lost track of time.
Emily:(smiling) It's OK. We really didn't mind.
Luke: Well now you two kids go and have fun.
Lucky: OK. Ready Em?
Emily: Yea, I am. Let's go.
Laura: Bye.
Emily:(walking out the door) Bye.
Lucky:(following Emily) We might come by tomorrow.
Luke: Your sister will be very happy.
Emily: Lucky are you sure you want to come back over tomorrow? I mean we do have to plan our wedding at some point.
Lucky: We'll come over here and then go and start to plan the biggest wedding this town has ever seen. With the most beautiful bride.
Emily:(blushing) You're so sweet.(kisses Lucky on the check) But let's go because I want to stop and see Carly. I mean she is going to family soon.
Lucky:(smiling) OK. Let's go see Carly.(they both walk off the porch hand in hand)
Carly is sitting at the table just trying to think of what she could do for Emily and Lucky's wedding. Emily and Lucky came walking through the door and scared Carly half to death.
Carly: You guys really need to learn to knock.
Emily:(jokingly) You should get someone to graud your door.
Carly: HAHA, very funny.
Lucky: I thought so.
Carly: That's because your in love with her.
Emily: And I feel the same way.(kisses Lucky)
Carly:(rolling her eyes) Young love.
Lucky: What about it?
Carly: It's beatuiful. Just like your wedding is going to be.
Emily: Speaking of that. What you like to help me pick out my dress, your dress and flowers and all that other good stuff that goes along with a wedding.
Carly: I would love to help you. But Emily I'm just going to wear my black dress.
Emily: I was thinking an ice blue. Since you are going to be my maid-of-honor right?
Carly:(smiling) I would love to be your maid-of-honor.(hugs Emily)
Emily: Thank you so much.
Carly: That's what family;s for.
Lucky: She's right you know.
Emily: Yea.(looking at Carly and Lucky) I have a full family again. And one that knows what true love is.
(Carly and Lucky just hug Emily as she starts to cry because she misses her own family so much.) Sonny walks in the door and sees the three most important people in his life hugging.
Emily: Hey. You just missed a family moment.
Carly: But there will be more.
Lucky: Yeah.
Emily: I finally have my family back. The one that I have always wanted.
Sonny:(smiling) I can see that.(hugs Carly then Emily)
