Emily gently placed her hands on her ever-growing bulge.

Emily: (softly) Taking this ''fashionably late'' business a little too serious, aren't ya? Nine and a half months pregnant!

Emily: (thinking) I'm gonna be pregnant forever!

Finally, a cab came along, and she rushed to hail it at the same time as Jax...

Jax: (grins) Oh, hi.

Emily: Hi.

Jax: Wanna just split a cab? We're probably going basically the same direction...

Emily: (shrugs) Sure, why not?

Lucky looked out at the snow worriedly. Emily had called and said she'd meet them at the club, but... he felt he should've gone to get her...

Luke: (as if reading his thoughts) Princess'll be fine, Cowboy... She'll get here...

Lucky: Yeah... hope so...

Radio: ...and, in other news, roads are having to be closed due to the snowstorm... Cars getting stuck in snowdrifts, and power starting to go out all over---

Suddenly, everything went black!

Jax looked over at Emily in concern. The cab was now firmly stuck in a snowdrift, and there was not really much way to tell how they could get anywhere!

Jax: You okay?

Emily: Unnnggghhh... ooooh... Jax?

Jax: Yeah... I'm here...

Emily: I'm having the twins?

Jax: (eyes getting wide) Now?

Emily: (rolls her eyes) No, next tuesday! Yes, now!

Jax: Oh... Well, can't it wait?

Lucky: That's it! We gotta go look for her!

Jason: Where was she when she called?

Lucky: Pay-phone. She was waiting for a cab...

Jax didn't even notice the cold, as he stood in the open night air.

They couldn't even get their vehicles on the roads, the snowdrifts were so deep, but they were not about to give up, so they bundled up even more, and decided to walk...

Half-a-mile down the road, they were nearly trampled by a crazy cabbie, muttering something about babies being born in his cab...

They came up to see Jax, standing halfway out the cab.

Jason: What are you doing?

Jax: (not looking at him) Your sister's in labor. C'mon, one more push... she's coming...

Amist the cries of his son, Lucky then heard the cries of his daughter... Jax handed the baby to the mother, and moved aside for Lucky to get in with them...

It was an odd moment, and one none of them expected, but, there they were, actually thanking Jax... Well, at least he had been there to take such good care of Emily...

The babies said nothing, but cooed in the soft silence of the night...
