Beyond the Waterfall...

"Welcome to my layer," a voice says from the shadows. Soon a face appears, a face of a Draco Nebulus Obscura (Myst Dragon). His cloudy blue eyes watch you carefully before he polymorphs into a grey elf. This grey elf is quite handsome and wears a black cloak over a black robe. His robe is not tightly tied and a suit of shining silver chain mail is seen along with a black tunic and black breeches. The elf flicks back the sides of the robe to show his weapons belt. On it is a bronze color scimitar, a sabre, a longsword, about 15 daggers and barbed darts, and some crossbow bolts. Along with that a hand crossbow hangs from the belt and some pouches. In his slender hand is a pack which holds most of his other stuff. Some scratching is heard and a kirre face pokes out of the shadows. It is striped brown and grey, and it's long sharp horns are ivory and a barbed tail sways as it walks towards you. She sniffs your hand and then speaks mentally, "Hello, strange one." then turns and walks into the shadows. Soon after two black and white monkeys pop out of the shadows, each have a dagger but not in their hands. They run to you and climb up you, perched on your shoulder. Soon an old elven cat comes out and looks at you, but Talis scoops her up.

"Well, I am Talis, Master Blade of Lyoslyath on the World of Tret. The horned animal is a kirre, her name is Hsundo. The cat in my arms is named Chilar, and has been with me for a long time. My companions on your shoulders are named Razazarak, or Raz for short, and Rax. Now please, come back here with me."

You obviously hesitate, as you are following a dragon through his layer. Eventually you decide to follow him, having the adventurous spirit you do. You barely can see him as he walks through the shadows, now and then a dim light from a torch, but no flames. As you walk suddenly he is right in front of you, and you do all you can to not walk into him. His green-blue eyes look right into yours, and past him you see a huge set of steel doors. Talis hands you aa black key made of bone and points to the keyhole, then disappears in a flash of silver.
