My hobbies include spinning, tatting, embroidery, cross stitch
and bobbin lace.
This is my Louet S-75 spinning wheel. What a wonderful
little workhorse!
It arrived unfinished and was stained in cherry by my DH. (Dear Husband)
The distaff was not comfortable for me attached to the wheel so DH made a
free standing base that can be positioned wherever I like it.
This is my Timbertops - Thurmaston 21" wheel by James Williamson.
Timbertops is located at "Wheel House", Asfordby, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, England.
I also have recently acquired an Ashford Traveler. What a wonderful little wheel it is! Look for pictures of it soon.
